I went back to my old MMO, Asheron's Call which is a 13year old MMO. (launched Nov 2nd 1999) 3rd Major MMO at its time.

Little insight of the game.

Max level: 275

Type of Characters: Anyway you want to play. Melee, archer, war mage, life mage, void mage, throwns, xbow and more. Recently they just revamped the weapons system its now Missile attacks, Melee attacks, and then the mages are the same.

Quests: a lot are soloable - some are group

PvP:1perma pvp server(darktide-redpvp) - 8white(NPK) servers which you
can do PKL(player killer lite) which you don't lose items on death and gain vitae(samething as debt). However you can go full Player Killer by doing a quest, Player Killer is redpvp which killed by another player you lose items on death and gain vitae.

The game is totally different then any other I've looked at or tried. It is a heroic-fantasy MMO.

Unlike many other games in the genre, there are no zones. This means players can cross the world on foot, without loading screens or invisible barriers, and any terrain that can be seen in the distance is a real object in the world. It also has a much longer viewing distance than other games of its vintage, with mountains, bodies of water and other terrain being visible long before it is actually approached.
The world is also dotted with a system of one-way portals which expedite travel. Knowing the location and destination of the portals, as well as lifestones, is of vital strategic importance - especially on the Darktide (PVP) server, where allegiances battle each other constantly for dominance over lucrative hunting zones and trading cities.

My confessions. Well since we're all getting a "permanent ban" shortly, so its a win-win situation for me. Can't fire me because I quit! Ha.

1. I worked with Lifetank from Asheron's Call and it worked with City of Heroes. UC(Unattended Combat) botting, macroing however you want to put it.

2. I exploited AE, a lot. Enough to have all my character slots on most of the servers level 50(2accounts).

3. Ignored forum rules, a lot. Rules are ment to be broken. Everything is legal, until you get caught .

4. I trolled the troll.

NO WAY! I can truly upset that City of Heroes is shutting down. It is highly active, and up-to-date graphics and a great storyline. I am suprised Asheron's Call is still alive, but it is not as active and out-dated graphics.

City of Heroes has the best community ever. I will truly miss everyone, I have had great times here on Liberty. I will not mention names, as it would take me a lifetime to type down every single person.

I'll transfer Sick Minded back, my badger. I have completed DDT for all the badges before I went on a hiatus. I found it to be the easiest trial to grind for the rewards.

WHAT THE NYERK is water blast, staff fighting, and all these animal powers... It's like an animal control powersets to tame them!

Let me guess, water blast does smashing/lethal damage right?

Ops does a weekly team on mondays, but I think I can tell them to join me with you guys for the trials and the raids.

Hey ya'll! Checkin' in on CoH! Decided to stop by and say hello! Miss you all, hope everythings goin' super!

Took a few months off to catch up with RL. All done with skewl, culinary degree yah! I've missed a lot ingame it seems. I managed to pop on once or twice for my Weekly teams in the past 4-5months.

Bygones be bygones. Mad dash with character x-fers. I stockpiled quite a bit of points and x-fers while I was gone.

Anyone willing to lead me through some of the newer trial(s) task forces?

Looked at all the patch notes, and about an hour of loading, I got a lot of work to get all the neat new powers and badges!

I wonder if the Devs know how much INF is in the game?

I can say I made around 80billion INF and rising... slowly now.

Not sure how many people made billions and billions.

I had around 40 toons over 1500 Reward merits, and a lot and a lot of -1000merit toons.

Also I did a lot of the L1 PB trick, some say exploit...

On my main toon for trials I've managed to hoard up to 4000astral merits and 267 Emp Merits.

I'm too lazy to know how much I actually burned. But the 80billion INF is the final I've made atm.

Also burned thru my 8bins of pvp IOs, down to flipping/converting pvp IOs. Managed to make 5billion(make that 4billion after my LOLextra 0 curse) in 3days.

40toons x1500merits / 10 x 250,000 = 1.5bill
**guessing my average merits on a toon is around 450**
35x450/10x250,000= 394mill

About 4 or 5 hours creating/deleting toons for the vet reward merits about 25converts a hour x 4hrs = 225mill?

Now for the astrals..
4000/3 = 1,332 purchases x 500,000= 666mill

and emps.
267 x 1.25 = 333.75mill

and 3 characters used A-Merits already, 7.5mill

I am around 4billion for purchasing 11,704(-100 from L1 trick) converters. Not so sure about WW fees.

Pure luck, 300m - 23m(?) from the fees x 4 or 5, oh I had 2purples I had gotten from "farming MUs"

Yup it was me. Evil extra 0 Curse! Only sets me back 6converters though.

I started out as a level 1 Fire/Dark troller and ended as a level 43. Only played one toon.

25billion converted. That is all. That would be 50million Prestige. Rest is all played, Elvn. You requesting help is sad, just play the game. Getting INF is not hard at all. You buy prestige too, so you say everyday from your SG-Farms so dont go crying around.

We've been around 7 years. We created the Exalted faction the day it came out, 9/13/11.

Elvn, you are making your SG look bad for just posting idiotic **** about us thats not even TRUE. You don't have facts. I gave you the facts. We have around 150+ members accross 7 SERVERS UNDER Project/Rogue OBSIDIAN OPERATIONS. On exalted, we have 5 Fully operational bases, 3 in the top 100. (1 villain, 4hero)

I really don't care about prestige. I let my friends and sg mates represent the SG.

I am glad you say competition, I really don't know what your fighting for when Obsidian Operations has been and always will be around, active, esp the largest on Exalted. 7 years of Experience, most of the senior members are/former service men.

We simply don't keep DRAMA going for weeks. We simply don't do SG-Only meetings plotting and talking **** about another SG. We don't do that. We play to have fun. Sit back, have fun.

But others have created a channel for SG-Leaders and their members. It is a private channel. But if you're interested, and a leader, send me a tell ingame. Or find others of that particular channel. Its ran by around 15SGs on Exalted.

Another issue.. Wonder if there is other problems in the game we haven't noticed yet.


This is the dev team after saying "converters coming out with i22" to have us sooo excited! This is their reaction.

Can't forget those DBTs... - Drowning in Blood Trials. Which will be heavily ran.

My SWAG (Silly Wild *** Guess) is that the PvP Procs will level off to around 100-250mill tops. Little bit more than the Steadfast def proc since thats easily obtain.

Converters will change a lot on the market. Purples will all be around 100-200m as well so I think. But we'll see.

I have 7 toons over 3000merits, 4 over 1000 astrals and 60-100ish emp merits. and loaded with about 250mill to get the converters. Day off so I'll be waiting. Got my Enhances in my email and tray ready to go.
