My only regrets Gel, are that I didn't network/team with some of the Sisterhood sooner in my CoH career. My early Liberty days were spent soloing primarily, for almost a full year, and then I was affiliated with the old school SG, Order of Phoenix or OOP, of whom Kill 'em All, Bushido Rhino, Yank Sheileileigh (sp) and Trueno were regulars. The SSEs from here on out will likely be as poignant as yesterday's Justin Augustine TF. I will be here' til the end, extracting all the fun possible from this great game and terrific community. This is the end of an era of gaming that has exceeded every expectation. It has been great making the acquaintance of pretty much every player on Liberty and The Sisterhood are social icons of the server. Thanks for giving all that you did GEL. It helped make Liberty the special community that it is.
NO WAY! I can truly upset that City of Heroes is shutting down. It is highly active, and up-to-date graphics and a great storyline. I am suprised Asheron's Call is still alive, but it is not as active and out-dated graphics.
City of Heroes has the best community ever. I will truly miss everyone, I have had great times here on Liberty. I will not mention names, as it would take me a lifetime to type down every single person.

Gel, thanks for that post some years ago that you made on the forums. Telling people about Liberty (where I started out at but moved away from), and the Sisterhood. Thanks to you, I met a lot of extremely cool, very nice, and delightfully wicked fun people.

That post was just prior to server transfers going live and I wanted to share my experiences on Liberty with everyone. The fact that you credit it as being your reason for coming back to Liberty validates it as a successful venture! You are a great citizen of Liberty.

I meant you GEL at the begining. I had just moved to Liberty from the unnammed server now known as Freedom, I posted the really bad screenshot before. You helped me out then and I never forgot it, or some of our other teammates (Bret Hart) and you gave me a Training Enhancement, I was suprised and you said to me, just pay it foward. It was simple but met alot to me, obviously cause I never forgot. Some will say I have, I still do. You always helped make Liberty great and helped some of us be better heroes. "Nuff said."

It's been a privilege and a lot of fun to have been a small part of the niche you carved out of this game with The Sisterhood and SHF. If it weren't for your damn no-PL policy I could've had my own division in the SG!! 
The people I played with, chatted with, and will miss the most are the folks I met in The Sisterhood and the SHF channel.
I certainly hope for the best with you and Liz wherever that path may lie.
The biggest compliment I believe you can get from another player is the one @Yeti gave you earlier in the thread - regret that more time wasn't spent with your group earlier on in the game. I agree wholeheartedly and of the few regrets I have one is that I strayed from playing with your group fulltime when I branched out on my own.

I've been avoiding the boards entirely since the bomb dropped.
But like a lot of others here, you were always one of the good guys on the game. (good guys being a non-gender-specific term here everyone)
One of the people that you heard about in the game and in the forums. Helpful, open, active, and always ready to lend a hand. You have a lot more patience with newcomers than me, and a lot of people I know.
Not gaming alongside people like you is something I will miss most about this entire process.

I decided that last night would be my final login to CoH -- I have no desire to ride the game until they kill the servers. So, this thread is as good a place as any to say last minute goodbyes -- as in, 'til the next game, and not goodbye forever, of course!
Sonarr is my global handle in CoH, and of course my main character. She existed long before CoH, and it was a lot of fun to see her live, breathe, fight, and play in this game. And it was fun to hang out with the lot of you, the Sisterhood and SOLUS and whichever USELESS (that being my SG ;) ) people chose to return on occasion.
I'm still gaming, beyond CoH, playing World of Warcraft, Champions Online, and recently DC Universe Online. Yes, there's a variant of Sonarr running around on the hero games -- she doesn't fit well with WoW, but I have other Heavy Hitters that kick just as much ***. ;D
None of these will replace CoH, and that's why I've also thrown in with the Plan Z project at CoH Titan. ( http://cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/ ) The goal there is to create a game that is owned and controlled by players, that can't be shut down on the whim of a corporate board of directors or a CEO. At least, thats why *I'm* there -- others have different perceptions, but for the most part, were on the same page. And, we'd like others to join in and help however they can.

You might've noticed earlier that relied on the word "fun" quite a bit, and that was intentional. It's because that's what this game, and any other game for that matter, is for: finding or making fun with what you're given.
Every time I signed out of CoH, I said this in LB, and I meant it every time:
