i jumped through 3 sets of emails from customer support (one of which they even got my name wrong) and they had the nerve to ask me to run another set of ping plotter when they know damn well where or what the problem is.(if they don't then they don't deserve our money anyway)
I want it fixed they need it fixed, as this is huge and rt now i dont have time to be their troubleshooting guru.

Note: since each group of servers is in the same data center, you will get the same results regardless of which server you traceroute to.
And this is my netgraph as of about 5 minutes ago, standing idle in Wentworths in Atlas Park on Liberty.

It seems to be systemic for all NC servers at the moment. I can barely play COH, Can't login to Aion. DR I can barely log into, the forums are hit and miss whether they load or not.

Problems: Horrible lag, rubberbanding, powers activating many seconds after I click their icons, Netgraph with consistent spikes in the red. My wife's account is the same, and so is her sister's in north central Ohio

I am as well getting lag here and there on a light-loaded Freedom Server.
Still trying to get used to only a green dot even on a Friday night (stupid CO)
but when I get mapserved I do happen to notice my modem resetting so it's apparently not a game thing.
I'm play from Northern California (DSL to Speakeasy.net SFO POP) to Triumph and see exactly the problem described here: brutal rubber banding, lag in chat, lag in power activation: basically unplayable.
I switched to Virtue and had clear sailing.
Right this moment, for the first time in weeks that I've seen, netgraph is all green.
No red or yellow spikes anywhere.
I hope they got this fixed for good.

Ditto. As one of teammates commented, he had forgotten what it was like to play without lag. If this stays fixed I will email a game friend who quit last week because of this.

Confirmed. I've got an almost perfect netgraph at the moment and that's with me downloading the Arkham Asylum Demo in the background through Steam. Issue lasted less than 24 hours for me.

Lag is awful for me on Infinity today. Constant red spikes in the netgraph. Almost unplayable.

ISP: Time-Warner cable
Problems: animations missing, powers not firing, rubberbanding for both me and the bad guys.
The count of "Lost" packets on one mission was well over 700 according to the netgraph.
All pretty on Tri now too.

I've been having trouble on an East Coast server (Pinnacle) since ... oh gee, lemme see ... since the AION people jacked the COH EC servers with whatever was plaguing their servers. At a guess.

It improved a lot for me, but I still get red spikes every 10-20 seconds or so. Not good enough, considering there's still no official announcement on the topic.
Today was the first day I have experienced problems.

The horrible problems from yesterday are better, but I'm still DCing at least once a day (yes yes, I only have one data point since yesterday for that statement). I was just in a mission and got hit with a yellow lag spike that sent me back a short distance on the map. Later on I DCed in the last room. (EDIT: And a second DC just now while I wasn't looking. Fine, I know when I'm not wanted. We'll see if you're a little less moody tomorrow, game.)
This is beyond frustrating. I can't count how many missions I've had to repeat (or outright drop out of frustration) because of this. I can't even get a traceroute through without it dropping off at around hop 10 for East Coast servers, low teens for West Coast servers. Really really really hope this gets fixed before I'm forced to take another break.

After reading some of the posts I went and checked. Freedom much better today. Around 2:00pm CST or so it was just like Virtue. I think I got one weird yellow spike that rubberbanded me...otherwise great.
Just checked again and it's still good. Fingers crossed.
