Sammy got unbanned ?
:P
Was great playing with you over the years, and fun to meet you in person at Origins. Say Hi to your Dad from me.
I think we are going to try to get a bunch of old GHers to log in one last time, would be great to see you there. Keep an eye on the GH boards for when -
Nov 30th isn't good for me.
Maybe they could delay the shutdown by a couple of decades for me. -
Once we get a timeline, we ought to have a serverwide event.
Don't care what or when, but a chance for us to all say our farewells. -
-
had it in the past for two reasons
1) for Old style Hami-tanking
2) on much older PVP builds
Zero scrappers of mine have it currently. -
And of course the more of us that lose interest the harder it becomes for those still interested to drum up support for these exotic teams/leagues.
-
Global Chat.
Whenever someone is trialing/betaing a new MMO my first question to them is always about the chat.
Without a true Global chat I'm just not interested.
When the chat channels go down here. Its like we are pitched back into the dark ages. -
Quote:The trade off would likely be that it would become resistible (currently its unresistable)Giving Flash Arrow a much higher -to hit effect would make a world of difference in making it a major debuff effect.
Right now TA is the best -tohit debuff set against AVs.
Thats a trade off I'm not sure I would like. -
I think everyone has their own badge "breaking point"
For some it was inventions and flashbacks.
For me its these trial Master badges. I'm sure I'll pick a few up here and there on SG (Fusion Force) teams, but for sure the drive to get "them all*" has diminished.
*I guess technically for me the first break point was going Rogue, as Catwhoorg is true blue on the alignment meter and wont change that. I did use some secondary badgers to get both sides though. -
its small fry compared to others, but when I run my 'weekly' SSA, I run the level 30 one. Adds a few recipes to the market here and there.
-
A close fried in game had their SG generic-ed.
They did get to choose another name eventually, though I think there was a bit of back and forth with support over it. -
As originally designed, the trial was too hard to complete with characters that needed a respec.
Its been made easier at least twice that I am aware of and the Devs used to sya there was a targeted pass rate that they tweaked it too. I can't help wonder if the pass rate is too high these days.
May it is too easy these days, but every so often I'll run it on a PuG that really struggles with clearing the waves given the time span now.
Same is redside, a team that knows what they are doing has no issues with the vines, but a poorly organised PuG can really struggle.
All SG/coalition groups have no issues. -
Time manipulation was free to VIPs but is a paid for set for premiums.
-
Drop the $5 needed to make her a premium player. One time only cost
The barrier is there as an anti-RMT measure, so it is unlikely ever to change -
-
Though running the arcs is a great way of getting the various critter 'defeat' badges done
-
Quote:But you eventually learned about aggro range running back - yes ?I remember myself and lots of newbies basically trapped at the Steel Canyon Hospital unable to get to the tram without being ganked by zone spawns.
I miss the old Hollows. Back when i had a taxibot, I once ran to the far far south East (at level 8) because a team of level 13's were too afraid to.
Thats me being an :enabler: -
[Enervating Field] is already pretty fast. (1.5s)
-
There are badges (the side kicking ones are these days effectively for team leading - assuming you choose your own missions).
To me the main reward from leading a team is that you get the choice in who to recruit and what to run.
I don't see the need for anything beyond those two. -
IMHO, you could just select a few appropriate melee damage sets and port them to defenders/corrs with minimal changes
Kin/katana for examplealready exist in game as part of the Tsoo. -
The point of collecting badges is simply to collect badges, and for me at least, have fun when doing so.
-
When the OP has in the last few days used phrases like
"They are punishing us for running too many BAFs and Lams and not enough new content. Whether they follow through with the punishment or not, they have already threatened to punish us for our actions. "
"Does it even matter?
They can cancel their changes and even announce a public apology if they like.
It still doesn't change the fact that they threatened us in the first place."
I don't think they are in any position to talk about toxicity in speech from others. -
/bind BACKSPACE "beginchat "/r ""
Worked for a brand new created free account that was sent a test message.

Fight as many foes as you are capable.
If you can run set for 3 or 4, that's a whole lot more chances to get drops than normal soloing.
Make sure bosses are enabled, they have much better chances to drop shards, and take missions where you know there will be lots of bosses. Tips with hostages for example will have multiple boss spawns.
Big teams work best for shards, so team when you can, the above is for your solo time.
