Speed up Radiation debuffs

Radiation's a decent debuff set. But for its early key powers (the two toggle debuffs,) I find I might as well not use them unless we're fighting an AV or I'm solo. By the time I get them put on a boss or an EB, it's dead already.

Can we get these powers sped up so they don't take so long to cast?

I'm fine with them the way they are, because it lets me easily debuff pull while the power activates.

Honestly, I've had my Rad characters in the exact same situation more often than not, so I see what they're saying. (And no, I don't see it making a difference for a "toggle pull," which is an odd argument.)

Want annoying, play a Grav/Rad and learn to not even bother with either of the toggles *or* Propel - start making a list of powers that don't activate fast enough to be worth using in a team outside of EB or higher ranks.

In any case, though - yes, it gets frustrating to basically end up deciding it's more worthwhile to ignore two early and key powers for most of the game.

I wouldn't mind seeing these powers activate a tad faster myself. But my guess is that the Devs would "balance" that by making the debuffs themselves less effective so for the times you really need them they'd be less useful. *shrugs*
