You will also be unable to spend Paragon Reward Tokens on Celestial Armor or new Tier 9 VIP Costumes. If you already have Celestial armor you should retain access to it however.

EATs, however, will have to be purchased if you want access to them. Also, unless you purchased GR, you will need to buy access to that system and its powersets thru the market as well.
You will also lose access to base editing as a premium player.

So no new bases or SGs, and no paying rent. You can still be superleader (and just have a VIP pay rent)

I want to make sure I have this correct.
As a Tier 9 VIP currently, if I drop to Premium, I'll lose the following:
Sig. story arcs.
First Ward contacts
Incarnate trials
Ability to craft Incarnate powers
Ability to use current Incarnate powers that are slotted
Level pacts will be broken
550 Paragon Points a month
Character slots available (in total, not per server) will drop to 2 + 2 for COV + whatever slots I've purchased
Is there anything else that I'm not thinking of?
