If you make purch's today for the pack there seems to be no problems, it was yesterday prolly cause EVERYONE was buying them. I bought for my second account today and I only got charged once, still waiting on my refund from yesterdays double purchace. I sent in a ticket but have not got a reply and its been 7 hours
This is a FANTASTIC pack. I absolutely love everything. The costumes, the emotes, the fortune telling power. It's wonderful. Thank you so much! Totally worth the $10!

I think it was already brought up that Super Booster 3 was going to be Natural because I remember reading that Sexy Jay just got done working on some clothes for the Natural Origin and that was about a month ago.
Anyone have pictures to post of all the new items?
I bought the box and I love it. The options and fortune telling power is great. I ended up with another month of play too. Sweet deal.

I got charged for 3 packs (I was only trying to buy one), I have 2 accounts so I used 2 of them but this is kinda nutty.
Can someone assist and point me in the direction of the detailed function for the new Magic Booster Pack ? Reason I ask is I've noticed the new Fortune Temp power does not seem to work if the recipient is below a certain level, or maybe it's a level difference between the two characters. Any ideas ? Example: person giving Lvl 24, person receiving Lvl 15. Power seemed to fail. In reverse, (L15 gives to L24) the animation plays and icon appears in their tray. Tried both SK/LK'd and unSK/LK'd and teamed/un-teamed. Thanks.

After HOURS of trying I finally got it. I got charged 5 times, but only got 2 codes generated, which was enough luckily for my two accounts. Hopefully the other three charges get reversed before my cable bill is due...
EDIT: And it seems everything is fixed now. My bank balance only reflects charges for the two codes I applied. Better late than never...

There's no level restriction on the Mystic Fortune power. My lvl 39 was doing it to level 1s and 50s alike last night.

My 50 was trying to use it on my wife's 37 and the animation would play, she would get the prompt but she wouldn't get a buff.

If she already had the buff and the 20-minute timer hadn't run out, she wouldn't get it again.

From what I understand, from support's reply, is this is a bug. If you try to give it to someone who is sk'd to you (after the 60 sec "wait" period) it will fail. Try to sk or lk someone, wait a min, then give it a go. They get the prompt, but no yellow Temporary Power on screen, and no icon in buff bar.
Hopefully a quick fix will be out.

I got an e-mail from NCsoft account support early Thursday morning saying my ticket was being 'escalated' for 'further assistance', but nothing since then. Anybody else still waiting?
Edit: got another e-mail - they're taking care of it. Yay!

Once upon a time this game had free expansions. You'd sometimes get free costumes in those expansions. Now every single new costume set you have to pay $10 for.
I've paid more for boosters for this game than I have expansions for most games, and all I got was a few new costumes and no new content.
You lost a customer "Paragon Studios". You've nickel and dimed me enough.

This is actually what I like about CoH. The game content itself isn't what people are paying for - it is the extras like costumes. Other games charge you for new content, so if you choose not to pay for it, you can seriously still have all the original material and do eveyrthing with everyone else. You just won't be able to throw confetti... but you can build a mission.

Well we each have our opinions. And my opinion is that I'm done. I've already spent $40 on "boosters". There is no real new end game content. There is no real new low level content. Sure you could argue that I14 brings low and high level content, but not really. It's short missions with almost no reward that isn't even created by NCSoft, but other players.
There is practically nothing different from the game now compared to the game I started playing 3 years ago. Yet what has my $40 got me? A few superficial costumes.
My point is that they used to give us new costumes as part of the new content. Now we have to pay for every... single... one...

I can't change the color of the inside of the bolero jacket/cape. I want it white but it remains black and I filled in all the color bubbles with white. Is this an issue for anyone?
Edit: never mind. I used the old "copy color to body" cape bug thing to make it work

I agree Borehound, I am at 4 years and we used to get costumes as part of the changes but no more - they (NCsoft ) are proving ever more greedy. I am pretty much convinced at this point that it is NCsoft that is marketing influence under false names as well since they are not doing anything to curtail it.

I13 with all its day jobs brought us over a dozen costume pieces, I12
brought us Roman armor, I11 brought us Clown and Enforcer outfits
I10 Vangaurd, I9 new boots and wings. Heck even I14 had a free added
waist cape for female widows.
Every one of the last 5 issues had some costume piece, less I made a
mistake on one or two, But even if I have thats TONS of free costume
stuff.
Now yes I don't like that they keep making us pay for these costumes
and I do wish they came with the issues, BUT I can se why they do it
and will not overlook all the stuff they have given us just because I'm
upset with having to pay for some of them.

How "new" does it have i14 might not have any real missions or
story lines but every issue from I10-I13 has had atleast some
(and remember I14 was a part of I13 till they desided the MA
needed more work)

Ritiki Invasions, Zombie Invasions, Dark Tanks, Psi Blasters, a place called
Ouroborus, Inventions to make, Mayham and Safegaurd missions, and
even getting credit for being offline, boy I hope they add something new
for me, seems I remember doing all these things 3 years ago too.
(ok a bit snark there, but thats a small list of stuff thats less then 3 years
old)

Your 40$ got you exaclty what was promised, you got costumes,
temp powers, and emotes, and badges. (depending on witch ones
you chose to buy). If you refer to it as superficial then why did
you choise to pay in the first case. Its not like their a mystery
pack that doesn't tell whats inside.

See my post above, they have given us stuff for free, infact nearly the
same number of options have been free as the ones we've had to buy.
I did not have any problems with being charged twice but did have the problems with the site. Although it is nice to have magic costumes though, it would have been nice to have a fortune teller costume for females and a magician one for females also like Zatanna. I have a hero on the Freedom server that would have liked the Fortune Teller costume because it fits the toon. Oh Well, if I want a Zatanna type costume I could always put on the wedding tux for the top, the top hat and the fishnets for the bottom. I do like the sexy witch costume though. Maybe all of those that got charged extra should see if it could be credited to future booster packs.
