In the costume window, down the bottom is a drop down list of change emotes.
They only work on the ground.

So far the only way to change is to go to the costume select screen from the menu, select the change option and click on your costume choice. So far you can only change one way for all costumes.
I have not figured out how to do it by binds, like I currently do my costume changes. I hope there is a bind way and a way to alternate changes without going to the menu screen.

Right now, it looks like if you use /cc ## to change your costume, the costume change emotes are not working. According to Positron here there will be a post soon from BaB telling us how to use the emotes without going through the menu.

Not yet that I've seen. Wait a few days and I'm sure Paragon Wiki will have them. I'd bet there are some who are making them already.

Dunno, I thought SexyJ mentioned a while back he wanted more classic tights options, so Natural maybe? Just speculation on my part.

BAH! I've been trying to get into the dang site for an hour now, each page takes FOREVER to load! 
Figured it out...I had forgotten that you have to go into the "apply a serial code" window and select the thing.
Anyone else notice that the new nc soft site is moving slow? Might be on my end as it is rainy here and that tends to hamper things....

Seconded and thirded except for the fact that I only have one account, and it glitched and said that I bought two codes. Click once, and get two emails saying "you have purchased..."

I would more readily associate classic tights with the Science origin, myself. The Mutant booster, in my mind, would be monstrous features and Natural being Sam Fisher/Nick Fury type stuff.
Also, this has to be a heap of ego-stroking for Sexy Jay. Everybody's falling over themselves to buy this pack so much, the site is barely functional.

I finally got past the enter card information and I clicked confirm purchase and waited and waited and waited got a connection error clicked refresh and it took me back to the main store page.
I am done trying for now I guess they don't want my $20. maybe I'll just order the box and apply it that way.
