OMG I think I finally got through to the Submit button.

Something like this might have been useful before my card got double-tapped after the pages kept crashing.
I'm not terribly worried for serveral reasons:
1) Niviene said they were looking into the double-tapping issue, and I'll trust that until I have reason not to.
2) At this point in my life I don't need that $10 to prevent an overdraft like I would in my younger, jobless days.
3) If all else fails I'll call the Credit card company and tell them to kill the second charge at my end.

So, I got through to the "Confirm Your Purchase" and clicked it ONCE (it greys out, preventing a second click). After 3 minutes of it 'confirming' I get a "Internet Explorer Can Not Display This Page". Sooo did I get charged?

count on a yes. I got the same message three times, I'm the proud owner of 4 codes. 
I don't even SEE any codes on my account, so I'm supposing I didn't. :/

Dear lord, I have 3 codes......
Is there any luck with getting refunds due to this being a massive, known problem?
If it is any consolation, that wow thing is having the same probs today...
A friend told me the servers were down pretty much all day patching...
And their accounting server was apparently down for 2 or 3 hours when it got overloaded.
Worse than us, actually.

I also got double-billed on accident. Here's hoping support will read my petition for support in which I request that they actually tell me the full second code I paid for - I have two master accounts, two game accounts (one on each master account) and /want/ both serial codes - but I want to apply them by way of applying one on the master acct that bought it, and one on the other account - but you don't get the full codes until you've applied them to the game account??? Not good...because the disclaimer says non-refundable, non-returnable - not non-transferrable. If I can't apply a code I buy on one account to another - they need a non-transferrable disclaimer too. It's just good business practice.
I just don't want to risk purchasing a code from the second account and getting double-tapped again on that account.

true... but in a day or two, you won't still be charged for those either...

We are identifying double taps and those folks will be refunded. There is no way to gift a code to another player.

What about those of us who didnt double tap, clicked "use serial code" then was taken to apage that said "your options are to upgrade this acocunt" clicked upgrade and received this message "this is the syntax page."
Went to check my account and I now have 3 serial codes to use for the magic pack.
Did i just get charged 4 times even though I clicked once.
I knew there were issues with the website so I purposely did NOT double click.

DO i need to petition for a refund? Because if I dispute the charges, wont NCSOft close my account for "fraud"?

Gah! Me too the page stopped displaying soon after i clicked Confirm Purchase.
I only clicked once thought... Hope all went well... I just cant get on my account to activate my code ( if it worked ).

I think the phrase isn't referring to a literal "double-tap" of the mouse, I believe they are referring to the "double-tap" / double "hit" on the credit card used. I know I didn't double-click my mouse, and on the confirm purchase page, a double click isn't fully possible as it greys out the submit button as soon as it's clicked at all - not allowing for a double-click/double-submit. At least not easily.
Though the issue you're seeing is a bit odder than what I think most of us are getting. I have a feeling there are several bugs involved and they will refund true cases of "Hey, somehow I have 2+ codes, can only use one on my acct" due to the massive server issues they are having today. If they didn't, it would be poor business indeed.

I only wanted one. And i expect a complete refund for the other before my cred card charge me interests.
By the way, the NCStore could use some bandwidth or something. Even the most obscure pornsites i ever visited were more reliable

Had the same issue, and definitely did not double-click anything. Read this forum before getting the pack so I was paying close attention to what I was doing, and got double-billed anyway.
Oh well, refunds are fine, it'll all work out. I'm just happy to have the pack!

so do we send an ngame petition? how do they know who got double charged, trippled, quadrupled?
After HOURS of trying I finally got it. I got charged 5 times, but only got 2 codes generated, which was enough luckily for my two accounts. Hopefully the other three charges get reversed before my cable bill is due...
EDIT: And it seems everything is fixed now. My bank balance only reflects charges for the two codes I applied. Better late than never...
I got double billed and (2) codes on a single click confirmation that timed out for one of my game accounts. I applied one of the codes, then took a chance and purchased a code for my 2nd game account. The transaction for the 2nd game account went through just fine (1 bill-1 code) and as expected.
My on-line billing support petition for a refund to my 1st game account included reference to both Order Numbers on the NCSoft confirming Purchasing Receipts that I received via e-mail.

I got a couple (me and my friend) at game stop in atlanta area today. They seemed to have many there.
