There was a tornado spotted 5mins from me but never touchdown'd so Im very thxful for that but there was one that did 30mins from me in overland park,ks.... Sedalia, Mo got hit pretty hard but no deaths reported just minor injury's according to the news, hoping the worst is behind us now for everyone!

Reason I write this is we just had a tornado spotted and weather like crazy in the KC area, I pray everyone in Joplin is okay also...

im back and its been 2yrs since I got on track almost over 120lbs down (was 156 til we where in the process of buying/selling the houses) then I had some gain

But good news is so far last 2-3 months I been off all my blood pressure meds and we got the green light to start a family I wont go back to 135 when I graduated HS over 10 yrs ago but Ill be happy with 160 to start

I started playing back in April of 2004, was still living in Canada at the time where I am from but now I live in the midwest of the US of A! ~ Met my husband 6.5 years ago though CoH and been together ever since (we married Valentines 2005) so be coming up on 6yrs married and 7 married to CoH! lol

How does one get an invite for the Guardian

As CMA said you just join and wait to be unsilenced by Stargazer or Penn

and Level 50 channels? Gotta have a level 50 and you will get a invite from @Vixen Healer

Id love to join the channel as well but im maxed out as well, private channels for VIP members
