You know, my robots have a habit of charging off on their own randomly, and I'm just imagining what that would look like if they were Speed Boosted at the time. Like Kid Flash with a laser and ADHD.
Edit: Mind you, I'm not saying Kinetics for Masterminds is a bad idea. It would just need some... tweaks.

Psychic Shockwave for Dominators is an AOE power which does damage as it if it a single target power. For Blasters, this will not be the case -- the AOE divisor will be in place. In other words, divide damage by 4.75.

Empathy isnt a villainous trait, generally speaking. From a fiction standpoint, it will likely never be given to Villains as a set.
Back to thematics Empathy isnt really a villainous trait. From a fiction standpoint, it wasnt our first choice to port over and the reason corruptors didnt receive it in the first place as part of the release of City of Villains. If we were to add an Empathy Like set, it would need to be all new and not a port of it, to make it fit into the Villainous theme. As such, that fell out of the scope of Issue 12s powerset proliferation and is why it wasnt included.

Also, "arresting" people by burning them, shooting them to death, and SHOOTING RADIATION DIRECTLY INTO THE CROTCH (X-Ray Beam) doesn't really seem all that heroic. Hilarious, but not heroic.

Don't forget to adjust upward for the higher blaster damage mod. So more like 25 base.

I also always thought that. I thought they'd replace tk blast with Aim, but it seems that now there are 3 powers that resemble the defender version of psy blast (Subdual, Psy Scream and TK Thrust - yeah I know TK Thrust is crappy and melee and TK Blast is awesome but they'd look very similar in a Psi/Men blaster).

yes it is massively lopsided but hardly suprising, dominators get powerboost on a epic class timer(dominators and controllers 120second recharge, blasters 60 seconds), get half the benefit that controllers do, every single controller primary and secondary have access to it in the epics as opposed to just ice doms, doms have lower modifiers and hit less mobs dispite both doms and controllers having control primaries.
Balance between red and blue side, and especially not fairness really doesnt exist which is funny, as its the heroic standpoint to be fighting against all odds not the villains, kinda blows "thematic" reasoning out of the water.
On the plus side I doubt perma dom will be going anywhere now (having said that watch it go bye bye)

I hope you meant Dominators as opposed to Masterminds, there... while I think an Illusions set could be feasibly reworked into the MM style of play, it's an easy and logical port from Controllers to Dominators that will see as much benefit from the Dom inherant as Earth/ does.
