    Fastest is 47min 17sec

    Average is about 50min

    Ran it 3 times on test, and 3 times on live. I suspect we'll get a sub 40min run now that some of the issues have been fixed w/ the 3rd mission map.
  3. My VG/SG has just been killing the TG'ing Nictus first, followed up with the other 2, no particular order. Last ITF was finished in 48 min for the entire thing.

    I'm finding it easier than killing Romulus 3 times, but we'll give that a go. We've yet to develop a strategy that we're completely happy with.

    Baseline setup is:

    Fire/Psi Dom
    Fire/Rad Corr
    Dark/Cold Corr
    Fire/Rad Corr

    We'll fill in slots as people are available. After we've done it 10 times, I think we should be able to post our strategy here also.
  4. Some Notes :

    -Doc, your build was fully reliant on Drain Psyche to even exist. More endurance usage than recovery. I couldn't do that in and maintain Peace-of-Mind, even w/ Domination refilling your end bar and Drain Psyche giving you a massive boost. At some point you're going to run out of endurance, and it will be Sadness time.

    -A Fire/Psi can be a truly multifaceted character. So building for All-Around workability was my goal. It has to be able to solo fine (PL, Farm) and dish out the hurt on a team (LGTF, ITF). You've got single target hold, 2 AoE/PBAoE stuns, -Regen -Recovery Debuff/Buff, Big...huge AoE damage (PSW, Ball Lightning, Hot Feet, Fire Cages). Making sure you have the juice to run this MONSTER TRUCK of goodness is imperative.

    Here's my stab at it, not my current build on Live though. Planned for Great PL'ing, Farming, and TF/SF'ing. Not like my current build is bad, this is just my ideal. It's probably a 850mil build if you had to buy everything.

  5. Yikes. Tough and Weave? Things are going to be Stunned too much to attack (Flashfire and PSW). Just mash down on purples as you get them, shouldn't be a problem with the speed you're wanting to go at.

    No Fitness pool seems a bit quirky, since you'll just be stuck with suppression instead of "racing between mobs at capped Run Speed". 3 Slotted Hurdle and CJ 2-3 slotted for Jump will get you to the next mob faster than SS. If you dump Tough and Weave you can pick up CJ for the LotG slot, and slot up Stealth for the Red Fortune set instead.

    It all looks great on paper (122.5% +Rech, Domination being perma w/o Hasten, Muy Macho) but I think missing one cycle of Drain Psyche is going to floor your character. It does, can and will happen.

    I think that 500mil estimation is rather low. You have about 200mil in LotG, and that Apoc set is going to cost you about 240mil. If you have most of these Recipes and Salvage, then that makes sense You've probably got about 950mil with taking into account for buying all the recipes and salvage, I doubt that's the case for you.

    This has been a nice mental exercise, since now I want to check out rebuilding my Fire/Psi. He's been sitting on his build since i9, and only has 1 purple set. I've been playing him a lot since I made him, and have plenty of observations.

    Honestly though, that build will work fine. I just hold Fire/Psi near and dear to my heart

    Some people don't like being forced to change. I really liked herding, it was honestly something epic. Serious action, MASSIVE soul drains and AoE's. Really, really big stuff. I've moved on, since I've been forced to.

    Not everyone needs to be told their wrong for liking something. I too also enjoy hitting a spawn of NPC's fast and hard, I like it for a different reason. I just wish I had the option to grab 100+ Enemies with a character.

    Are you having fun playing the game anymore? From what you guys and gals are saying, or inferring, it sounds to me like fun has left the building a long time ago. Why are you still here if you think that the devs are doing nothing but your gaming life more difficult? What keeps you in Paragon City/Rogue Isles?

    It's still fun for me, and things have only been getting better leading up to and after the NCNC situation. But I'm not impressed with there being this "Ceiling" to how much NCNC believes this game needs. Why else would you add content, then start playing with the underlying mechanics that are 3.9 years old? At least it's game wide, and doesn't hurt any particular AT / VAT / Powerset. It just generally feels like a letdown, that's all. Keep adding things, but stop with the backend reconfigurations. It Sucks.

    The TF/SF changes on live now have had one of our SG/VG members decide to not renew his 3 accounts. It was literally just the straw that broke the camel's back. I fear I'm going to lose more people that have been playing for 3.75 years.

    War Council is not big, but we do represent $313.95/month in revenue. I think I'll re-up for 3 more months with my 2 accounts, but will see what the other 19 accounts will be doing. It's seriously bad tidings. I don't expect to have empathy to my feelings, but I really needed to express them. These TF/SF changes hurt.

    Yes they do. Flashback missions use the same code as Task / Strike Force Missions.

    I can't bring 2 toons to the Cap au Diable SF and log one off now, without serious repercussions to missions 1, 2, and 6. I just got used to the new paradigm of having to find 2 other people that were willing to run it thru to the final mission with me with a team of 4.

    It's another penalty that's been imposed to villain side. Which is where I spend 90% of my time.

    Katie will remain unaffected, since you need 5+ people to effectively battle the 10 AV's. If people bring 2, then they usually bring a Damage toon and say a Radiation Emmision character. Something passive.

    This change affects me and my VG negatively. I'm sorry you don't understand that, nor able to grasp the dire feelings I have towards this change. It doesn't mean that I don't have a right to feel as I do, since this feels Shiny and Happy to you.

    These whole TF/SF reconfigurations have really been implemented in a sketchy manner. Any changes seem to impact the Villainside SF/Trials the hardest. Cap SF and Villain Respecs.

    Combat Jumping is only 2.25% defense.
    3-slot it with 3 lvl 50 Defense IOs and you get a measly 3.57%.

    Combat Jumping IMO is good for slotting LoTG + rech or Karma -KB IOs (if you don't wanna pick Acrobatics, for pve a Karma IO will do in most cases for knockback)

    BaB, you are my favorite. I appreciate the begrudging tone, makes it actually kind of fun. Plus the story of testing the first Hami Raids was a good one. It seems you enjoy your job to death, because you get to poke some fun at the little ones. This is a positive thing. Kudos.

    One more thing, Teleport Arrow? Can I get that for my /TA troller? I've put off my request for a Healing Arrow (Pull out arrow, shoot teammate. It should heal about 5-6 HP. It'll be worth it, trust me.) if Teleport Arrow is available. Please let me use it on my Teammates as well, and make it take them to 1/2 health and put a 15 sec Mag 3 stun on them. They should be grateful they didn't have to walk. Make it zone wide, and we are in business.
