Fire Control/Kinetics perfect for farm mishes
Couple things for this:
1) You found enough slots to add 2 more to Super Jump but you only put 3 total in Fire Ball? Thats one of your better AoE powers and you decide to pad SJ with it?
2)You need to do DAMAGE, so why did you put in Manuevers over Assault?
3) You chose a second travel power? And you even 3 slotted it? What use is that in PLing?
4) Why did you slot Leadership for the buffs instead of End Drain, running Hot Feet, the Leadership Buffs, and still attacking is going to make your end run out like crazy. As it is right now with all your toggles running (all the toggles you NEED to be running that is, no SJ or SS or anything) you only gain .66 end back every second, and you have a LOT of stuff that needs to be used. Yah yah I know you have Transference, but I still wouldnt rely THAT much on it.
5) I hope you have a lot of money sitting around cause each one of those IOs (even if they are generic) will cost you a LOT of money. They are around 600k a piece to buy them (100k to buy Recipe 500k to craft), and when you multiply that by how many you have in that build you will need some extra $$
6) You slotted Fulcrum Shift for End Reduction? Couldnt you find a better use for a slot than that? Maybe as like...Accuracy? Or maybe you should actually 3 slot Stamina...

thankyou i just made this according to my sg leader he uses this exact build and we do runs in under 5 minuets so i thought that was good (not including load times ) but i agree with u about the leader ship powers but he says he uses defence for his imps and the accuracy is for all the missing he does and as i can see when he has that on he never misses but the second travel power super speed was useless i think i thought he should have just gotten hasten and left it there but he wanted SS too

Bad Build
Here's my build... I do fast run times with it (my record time is about 12 minutes). A 5 minute run time makes no sense, if we're talking about the same mish... I run the family map solo, there's no possible way you could do that in 5 minutes. Anyways, tell me what you think.

Quick end notes I forgot.
-I do not need any of the leaping pool, because of the KB resist IO in Indom Will, the KB resist isn't as effective as Acrobatics, but its enough for the family mish... i NEVER get KB'd
-Also the hold resist in Acrobatics much less than that in Indom Will, even though hold isn't a factor with Family
-Indom Will also protects against sleep and fear
-I only use Flashfire or Cinders about 4 times per Family run
-The leadership pool is overrated in my opinion... you can get global acc buffs from IO sets that already exceed Tactics, and on a fast fire/kin, you already are at damage cap for all mobs, except maybe the first
-Yeah, I went with //psi, it gives stun protection, exact same smash/lethal protection
-On that note, psi tornado does slightly less damage... but has about half the recharge time of fire ball and a larger radius... therefore, you hit more of the mob, twice.
-Also, the Force Feedback: Chance for +100% global recharge is great for farming... and you kinda need the extra push for nearly perma-Indom Will
-For those of you interested... my combo is Fire Cages, Fulcrum Shift, (Siphon Speed if avail.), Psi Tornado, Transfusion and Transference, Fire Cages, (another Psi Tornado if needed).
-And yes, my mission is 6-spawned and on Invinc.
Just curious, but how 'nearly perma' is IW when you farm?

I'm just curious, if your goal in a farm mish is to get from one mob to the next, why wouldn't you pick up Hasten/Super speed only? If you want to jump, get Inertial Redux. I've gone that route, and couldn't be happier.
Also, for Fire Cages I've found that slotting damage isn't really worth it. There are two PROCs that help with that though. Trap of the Hunter: Chance for Lethal Damage and Positron's Blast: Chance for Energy Damage. When/If they fire it will do greater damage than slotting damage ever could. Hot Feet and later Fire Imps are doing your major damage for you. And they are worth slotting Damage in them.

I got leaping for the mez protect, and I honestly wouldn't bother with SS because I have Siphon Speed for all my running needs.
with a fire/kin there is no real need to slot damage enhancements at all, as 8 applictions of fuclrum shift and your at damage cap, so someone could just slot a lot of recharge/acc and end reducer to help in those areas.

Maybe I'm wrong, but all I see from mids is some Immobilization Resistance.
I tried going with just Siphon Speed and hated it. I only use siphon for recharge enhancement now.
Acrobatics provides a minor protection from Holds.

The first build is funny. The second is kind of funny but not as bad. I would post mine but I dont really have it 100% memorized. Some comments:
I went the Leadership route as well. Tactics and Maneuvers. For the accuracy and defense, plus I slotted LOTG for the recharge.
My power pools include Hasten, SS, CJ, SJ, Tactics, Maneuvers. Swift, Health and Stamina. (I dont spend all my time on the family map, sometimes I need to travel to WW )
Smoke? What the?
My epic is Fire, picking Fireball, Fireblast and Fireshield (for Defense).
I use FF every 2nd or 3rd mob or so, not as much as FC. My typical pattern is to run in with FC, FS, FB, SS when its up, Transference to fill up my bar, and transfusion as needed (rarely, unless I get two mobs going)
Using set bonuses, I tried to maximize my global recharge, regeneration and recovery. I have probably spent close to 100 million on this build. Good thing its made for farming
Still, I dont think I am 100% happy with it but it works good enough.
Ok, not to be rude or anything, but this build really sucks. I went on test server and tried this build and I hated it. Low resistance then I'm use to, had to carry around BF's to prevent from getting stunned, had endurance problems like you wouldnt believe, but it was duable.
Now, I am not sure why you slotted Swift with another slot, it's a total waste. Seems like this build is nothing but wasted slots and wasted power choices. Look more closely at your build and maybe then you can see what we are seeing. This build is nothing that should be used for farming.

This is my Fire/Kin build and its Very Functional..... i'm not happy with the bugged situation with the End Mod sets but that can be fixed by replacing it with 50 End Mod IO's...
BTW 10 - 12 minute runs with her... on both the Family and the Behemoth Farms
It's next to useless slotting Combat Jumping. Jut put 1 LoTG +7.5 recharge and you're golden.
Man this 'guide' should be named 'Bad fire kin builds'...

Well I must agree the defense is quite low, but it stacks very well with other defense shields (Weave, and Rock amor if you take it). Also it is double effect if you have Power boost like i took on my new formatted Fire/Kin. Great for farming on my character, (I farm something different then most, which is why I took PB).
