I am trying to get the Villain side introduction badges thru Ouroborous and I can find the "Price of Friendship" arc but it won't let me start it. Click on the text and nothing happens. Is this a known bug? I am full villain when doing this.
Okay found out you have to complete the Firewire arc first to be introduced to LT Harris. Nothing to see here. Move along. -
In looking at the Vidiot map for the New DA explore badge 7 is behind the war walls by the old door. How do you get there?
Okay delete this. The badge is on the hospital roof. The vidiot map has a green arrow that was confusing me because it looks like a tunnel. -
So in your building block concept do you allow for overlap or is it always full block to full block? Can the blocks be built upward or only horizontal? Do the final results for a room have to be rectangular or can you build one long string of meandering blocks?

You have submitted a bug report on this right? We in the forums can only offer suggestions. You can submit a petition too to see if you can get the GMs to do something if they can.

Except my token count doesn't add up to the full September count. I got 78 month badge on 22 September which means that on I21 start up I should have gotten 35 tokens and I got 34. Base 1 plus box 2 plus 6 for years plus (78/3) 26 equals 35.
-
I don't know how many years you have subscribed but if 2008 is your join date that looks to be 3 slots. If you had GR applied prior to I21 that is 2 slots. So 3 plus 2 plus 2 base equals 7.
-
2 Base slots plus 1 for each year of subscription plus 2 if you bought and applied a Going Rogue code before 13 September plus any you bought. These are applied one at a time against whichever server you wish.

Go to Founders Falls or Brickstown and do a mission for the store character for that level SO. You might be able to get them in RWZ too.

The Biohazard bug is a known issue. The Insp Collector is a new one to me; but it is normal that if you have anything in a collector that the sell option is greyed out to prevent selling something where there are items inside.

An irritant to me is that I enter my base and it takes about 3 seconds to fill in all the textures and details. Enter in get fuzzy view of the entryway and down hallways. Solid one color green walls, solid one color lights, a brown block for a table or chair, etc.
Then a second visual pass happens and some details starts appearing. You get the room lighting affecting the walls, torches have a shape and two colors but no flicker, a chair becomes recognizable as a chair, you can see a colored object down the hallway in an adjacent room, etc.
And then a third visuals pass brings in all the rest of the details. You see wall textures, bricks, wood textures on walls, shadows under chairs, and the rest of the details.
This is kind of irritating to me. -
When in the costume selection screen walk through each selection to see if they have a lock next to the selection. What could be happening is that your character has a costume part that must be bought with Paragon Points.
The other problem could be that they rearranged the costume pieces within the selection trees and the system cannot find your old costume piece as it was moved to another list. -
The EPIC Archtype unlocked message does not apply to Praetorians. The only EPIC Archtypes are for having a Hero or a Villian get to 20.

If you type in the name of the accolade in the wiki search function it will describe what you need to get the accolade. Mostly you have to earn badges (explore, defeat, history) to unlock the specific accolade.

Yes they both count against control aux.
No the Raid Teleporter is Huge and needs about a t 2x2 space. -
Since everyone seems to be in Beta I guess I will take a stab at this. The Stacker video is probably the closest thing to a tutorial you can find. There are a couple of stickies up top that have the basic info on what stacks and what their height is per item.
As far as the flickering the only suggestion I have is rotate the piece 180 degrees to see if it meshes better with that side. Or trying a similar piece of the same color palette. The smallest increment of placement seems to be around 1 foot so you can zig-zag things like you have done.
To stack I make extensive use of the oriental lamp and the floor tile for precise object height placement. That speeds things up much faster than stacking desks. -
Frostfire is not an AV but an Elite Boss. The first AV you would run into at that level would be Dr. Vahzilok in a mission or during the second half of the Positron TF. In Faultine you could run into a couple running the missions there.

XP is not affected by SG mode only inf is affected and only to 50%.
-
For about 2 minutes after you use the power then would shut off.
-
Hmm, should we do a Robot Rampage in Praetoria or Rogue Isles next?
-
Are you sure it is a debuff icon and not the Blaster Inherent buff icon for using the power?
-
If the Devs wanted to get rid of inf. they could put 1 of everything up on the market for 1 influence once a day and toss the inf. That would remove inf and provide recipes in every IO level for the mid level guys. If they see a surplus in an area they could have logic to skip putting 1 in or buy up the excess above some arbitary number at 10 inf above vendor rates.

1. Base buffs last 60 minutes and are all available by building the last of the Empowerment Stations. They require invention salvage to build using workbenches that are bought by prestige. They are set up in Workshop rooms. The buffs are generally small but some are useful (KB protection, increase Recovery, increase Recharge) and they require invention salvage to craft.
2. For a basic base the basic energy and control is more than sufficient, no need for PvP generators and such.
3. No only enhancements that were built from recipes, salvage (all types except incarnate) and inspirations.
4. Telepads are built using the basic workbench and invention salvage. When you build them they show up in that characters personal items. When you enter the base you select place personal item to set them down originally. Once in base the base editor can be used to move them around. You pay prestige for the telepad and then again for the beacon. To set up a very basic base runs about 500k prestige and a pretty fully operational base around 1.7M prestige.
During double XP weekend you also get double prestige so play alot this weekend and the prestige will be more than adequate to get you going. -
Welcome back.
Trapdoor is tricky. He spawns a duplicate every 25 seconds that vastly increases his regen. If you are a ranged character blast the duplicate first and then switch fire back to Trapdoor. Use the temp power Envenomed Dagger to reduce his normal regen to zero. Everytime you see the Bifibrucated message blast the duplicate and then back to Traps.
If you are melee kill the first duplicate as you enter the room then lure Trapdoor down into the lava and wail away. Make sure to take a bunch of reds to max your damage. Ignore the next duplicate and use Envenomed Dagger to keep his regen low.
In both cases take 3 purple shields on the way in and keep two up during the fight if it lasts a while. Any temp pets you have are good too especially Shivans. -
And you don't need to pull the Healing Nictus out of range only out of sight. One reason to go to the grass is the taunter sticks close to the wall and breaks the line of sight from Romi to the Healing Nictus so Romi never gets a heal.
