buying Single Origin Enhancements >lvl 35?

Go to Founders Falls or Brickstown and do a mission for the store character for that level SO. You might be able to get them in RWZ too.

There are a couple of different places to go to, actually.
1) There are origin contact stores in Brickstown and Founder's Falls. Just find the right contact for your origin (I think the Natural one is in Founder's, but not sure).
2) Rikti War Zone should have a store that sells these.
3) Cimerora should have a store that sells them as well
4) Ghost Falcon in Peregrine Island sells higher-level enhancements as well, but not sure if it's only 40+ (and the same with General Hammond in the Shadow Shard).

Redside is easy. If the stuff for sale in the stores are too low in the zone your in just move up to the next zone. There are only 7 zones.
Mercy 1-8
Port Oakes 5-15
Cap Au Diablo 10-20
Sharkhead Island 20-30
Nerva Archipelago 25-40
St Martial 30-40
Grandville 40-50

There is also a shop guy in the Shadow Shard (almost as soon as you zone) who sells SOs. Not sure that they are 35+ or 40+ though.
