I just got to Level 35 and I wanted to Buy Enhancements to boost my powers, but every Natural store I go to has enhacements only at levels 25-30...where do I need to go to get enhancements greater than 30?

I have tried for three times now to defeat the not-so-good Captain Castillo on the Helipad. I am at level 29. He is at lavel 28. I have a full stock of Energy and Health inspirations. He keeps whipping my ***...especially when he sets the Helipad ablaze...is there a trick to beating him? Can anyone give me a little advice here?

I currently have a charater on the Victory server that I'd like to switch to the Freedom server. Is there any way I can pay for that without a credit card? Is there any way to pay for it using a CoH time card?
