Yes, but only for 2 minutes after you've used Aid Other. The place for that proc is in Health or another passive power where it'll be on full time.

For about 2 minutes after you use the power then would shut off.

Would you have to apply the heal on someone or just click it with a target in range and keep running?

Pre-inherent fitness, I used to slot it in Aid Other for MMs that didn't take the Fitness pool. Also I've slotted Numi in Aid Other when chasing the ranged def bonus as well.
Global = Hedgefund (or some derivation thereof)
OK, thanks. I'm never going to use Aid Other and was just trying to save a slot.

I put mine into Frostworks. Saves me a slot and forces me to remember to buff my teammates.
