If it is disabled/blocked then you're correct (but can RP around it too)...if that option is still there; you can still RP a toon from Praet.

Then there were some technical glitches that kept us from hearing from the devs. That surely would have helped feed us some better info.
Yeeeaaahh. Again. Timeline in the game is fuzzy. There's 2 timelines going on.
the 1-50 'timeline'. And stuff that's 'now'. 1-50 develops gradually and in chronological order. 'now' stuff is retroactive and is always happening 'now' regardless of when/where you're at. So far, they've added iTrials to the 1-50 timeline and not 'now'.
otherwise, Praetoria would have far far fewer contacts, given several archvillains taken down in the trials give missions in the 1-20 'era'.
It just means you know what happens in the future, but the past is still there. It's not happening 'now'. Not yet anyway.

Also, chronologically events roughly lines up with our leveling. That is to say, the events that occur at level 50 are generally considered to have happened after level 20 content.

I would strongly recommend that you not put a lot of stock in rumors. Wait for official confirmation from a Red Name or for an official article, such as an Issue overview or an Intrepid Informer article. I promise, there is much more information to come.

So VIP Beta starts Very "Soon" like the next few days? I don't even know if ill still have internet for a day to at least see whats new before moving. Who knows how long it will take for me to find a good ISP for the new place.
