Will it give both kinds of IXP too, or is part of the slower solo route having to covert/break down drops into IXP?

-All Stalker attacks that are not Assassin's Strike will build stacks of a buff called Assassin's Focus. Assassin's Focus increases your chance to critically strike with the out-of-hide Assassin's Strike.
-Stalker Buffed Max HP will be increased by about 400. This should allow them to fully benefit from powers like dull pain, hoarfrost, etc.
-These changes to Stalkers should make them very competitive top-end damage dealers, and help them with their early attack chain since they can use Assassin's Strike mid-combat.
Bolded for effect.
This is one of the most interesting tidbits for Stalkers in a long while. Seriously, Thank you!

Thank you for the time...

This has been a ridiculously long time coming. Glad to see it finally happen.

Will this be applied to Blasters as well, who share the same starting and ending HP caps? I still firmly believe all ATs should have a cap twice their starting HP so that they can fully benefit from available HP boosts from accolades, set IOs, Frostwork, and incarnate abilities.

Thanks for the info Arbiter Hawk. I am really liking the changes to Stalkers, Can't wait to see what the new incarnate zones are going to be like either.

Any hope of us getting any info on Dark Control, really sitting on the edge of my seat about that one more than anything.

Also will there be a release of any new incarnate slots in i22?

I'm also curious if AS is going to remain interrupable while from Hide. No issues with it keeping its cast time. Just it seems like very few people would continue to use it from Hide if you could lead off with a non-interruptable attack and then go stab someone else with AS all without having to worry about positioning, moving, DoTs, AoEs, or patches. For being a signature power of an entire AT, I think it's silly it's interruptable at all.

Woah, holy cow, those sound nice. Thank you <someone> for the max HP increase. (Yes, I know it's just in testing, but thanks still.)

The third one isn't going to be situationally useful for my Regen Stalkers at all. Well, OK, it'll be situationally limited to when they're in combat taking damage. Which... is 100% of the time pretty much any of my powers are useful.

Honest question, because I truly don't understand this part. What's the functional difference in an increased cap and a power that raises the cap so it has room? Unless you're looking for benefit beyond even the proposed increased cap through stacking (which I can see them wanting to avoid), I don't see the functional difference.

Arbiter Hawk, I'm gonna PM you my phone number. Please, if any of you guys ever need a spare kidney (or heck even a liver), give me a call Holy smokes! I can't even describe how awesome this sounds!! Already I feel my Stalkers are strong, so this will only add more fuel for the fire that is Stalkers! I LOVE UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!

Just make sure you are comparing their value to large teams versus buff/debuff ATs and AoE death machines (ala Blasters/VEATs). They should be 'quite desirable' for what they add to the team as they must compete with other ATs that add a lot to teams.

The effectiveness of an Assassin's Strike is often outmatched by other ATs abilities, such as:
1) I will taunt and/or use taunt auras to take nearly all damage for the team
2) I will buff the team to make the incoming damage to the team largely irrelevant
3) I will lay waste to a massive x8 spawn of baddies in seconds with my AoE attacks

If an AS could quickly and easily take out a problematic boss, I could see them competing easily with these ATs. But when their only comparison is 'I deal single target DPS on par or close to Dominators and Scrappers', I think they lose a little bit of appeal, when those other ATs often add additional abilities to the team (and yes, I am aware not all Scrappers have a taunt aura, but at least they always remain on the 'threat' list.)

Anyways, that is just my opinion on the matter, I would like to see Stalkers be one of 'ooo, get a Stalker!' ATs that you really want on your team.

I'm not sure what all I can put up here about the new powers, I took down some notes when I went to the powerset panel about Dark Control and Staff Fighting, and a bit about the Titan weapons.

Dark control will no longer have the whole tentacle aspect, but instead be more of the murky, shadowy, inky blackness style. From the pictures I got to see, it looks really REALLY awesome, and hopefully it will show up on the recorded Ustream (did they do Ustream for that panel?)

Staff fighting looks really awesome, and there's "forms", kind of like the swap ammo for Dual Pistols, that gives different effects while in said forms.

Titan Weapons just look freakin awesome, and are actually using a new momentum style that IMO fit really well with the whole physics of gigantic weapons being swung around.

(Plus there was my little tirade on wanting female minion/pets for MM )

Those sound like very solid improvements, especially the idea of 'charging' Assassin's Strike for out of hide criticals, and allowing Assassin's Strike to be part of the attack chain, sort of.

I'll only suggest changing the name of Assassin's Focus due to Claws possessing a power called Focus. Maybe Assassin's Force, or Assassin's Advance, or something like simple like Revenge, or Payback (desc. Your enemy is still standing! You sharpen your attacks as payback for their resilience.)

They did not. The three we got were in the other room. We got the Costume Design, Lore, and Market panels, and missed out on the Power, Art, and Endgame panels.

Ok, I'll see what I can get up from my notes. I'll post the info up tomorrow, kind of tired atm.

At least Arbiter Hawk deigned to give us some actual information.

This weekend was for the special few that could make the trip to the Pummit. Not for the rest of us.

We should be grateful for what we get.

Yeah, I don't know why they picked the panels that were largely just Q&A and player suggestions, which is pretty much what we have here on the forums just the devs actually answer when its face to face
