I do say I have to feel sorry for the devs a little. They release lots of awesome items in a row and everybody complains that there's too much and they don't want to spend more money. Then they release lame items like these and everybody complains about it because they're used to awesome items.

Wow seriously? Rehashing existing temp powers for 400 points? My hats off to whomever purchases this.
Also why wait until the 1st to release this? Wouldn't it have been better to release it with the Halloween event?

Man I really love giving you guys money but not for this ...maybe if it had something permanent , like I could now use a shotgun emote even after having used up the power and came with even 1 costume piece id be all over this and force my e-money into your hands .

400 points for temp powers, recycled from a recipe and a couple of missions?
Also, no marked-down items this week either? It would be a disappointing trend for sales to be rare. Psychologically, discounts are a better tactic to entice people to spend points than overpricing regular items.

I think a better way to look at it is this. Generally, if 95% of the forum-goers call something one way, either panning or praising, then that's probably a good indication of how well they've implemented something. Usually but not always.
Having been here 7+ years I will readily admit that I can't think of more than a handful of times where 100% of the CoHF Hero and Villian populations here have ever agreed on anything - if ever.
Even against certain death, it matters not how or if we fight, only that we do.
Most amusing complement I've ever been paid on an outfit, from @Ukase regarding my Blue Eyed She-Devil Anson Maddocs "Fallen Angel" homage:

Really Really disappointed... however..the offical readout from the market seems to be more a bundle price for five packs of +dam/+acc duals..along with self rez powers.. still.. I never plan to buy consumables at this rate

Well, this is week 2 I don't need to blow money in the store. Actually I'm kind of thankful, as I've already plunked about $60-75 in there, and I SHOULDN'T as I'm on a budget.
Hopefully by the time something worth my hard earned cash comes along, I'll have banked enough monthly stipend to afford it.
Ok question, why is the bundle 400pts when you can buy the individual pieces for 180 pts?
is it an account wide purchase for 400 points?
