I'd guess next week or the week after for Titan Weapons. (Then again, Street Justice showed up a week earlier than I'd predicted, so who knows?)

There are also apparently a couple costume items on the way. I know from a recent issue of PC Gaming magazine that there's a pretty cool cowboy-themed Gunslinger costume set on the way, and I've seen other people comment about a different costume set that was apparently leaked but has yet to be announced (I unfortunately do not know what costume set that may be).

Main Hero: Chad Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1396 Badges
Main Villain: Evil Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1193 Badges
Mission Architect arcs: Doctor Brainstorm's An Experiment Gone Awry, Arc ID 2093

And tomorrow's additions have been listed by Zwillinger: 3 more melee IO sets, a new path aura and a sale on Time Manipulation.

Sorry, but can you help me a bit more....

So I can claim shotgun for every character after one purchase?

Or I can claim only one shotgun on only one character? (and only one wolf whistle on one character etc)

Or I must claim all of the pack on only one character.

character items are for a single character, so you would have to claim individually, it most likely has multiple charges that you can claim but it is not account wide

Since it is sold as a bundle, I think the entire Kit is what is claimed by one character.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Black Pebble is my new hero.

One thing the market needs is a better webpage for pre-purchase browsing. I'm majorly impulsive about these points, and having the ability to have all the relevant information at my fingertips would definitely be good.

For those unwilling or unable to spend money in the Paragon Market, they can invest a bit of time into unlocking the benefit the same as they've always been able to.
Sorry, but this would be a very bad idea...the Atlas Medallion Accolade is achieved by earning a series of badges. They would have to sell ALL of those badges to grant it...and granting a defeat badge (for example) for 100 Council Vamps to someone who has never defeated any at all would maybe not be game-breaking, but I don't think it would be popular either. This is not a case of people "unwilling or unable" to spend money, it's a badge showing you actually care enough about the game to spend time to unlock it. I could be totally wrong on how other people might feel about this, but I personally would be more than a little peeved at the thought of someone just paying money in order to be just effectively "given" this Accolade.

...as opposed to actually caring enough about the game to spend money to help support it? Why is one so much better than the other?

If you don't like giving in-game achievements on the market, would you prefer if items available on the market couldn't be earned in the game? Or are you just against a market on general principle?

In-game achievements such as badges...those I AM against selling in the market. Temp powers, costume bits, storage increases, story arcs, powersets, access to zones and content, enhancement slotters/unslotters/upgrades/whatever...sure and why not. But Accolades...no. Just no.

The devs could easily award the atlas medallion without the other badges. The purchasing the medallion would be one way of unclocking it, doing the other badges another way.
Much like villians becoming heroes get the medallion without killing vampires etc if they have earned they side's version.

As such I think its an okay thing to include in store. Its a time sink to get the ingame way, but free of dollar cost if so. So its less paying to win, than paying to avoid grind.

I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Thank you Devs & Community people for a great game.

So sad to be ending ):
