Did you get PPoints early again, too?
My billing date is the 28th, and I also recieved my points on the 12th. I'm being pretty selective on what I spend my points on so I'm not hurting there in any way, so as long as I get my points I'm happy.
My renewal date is the 17th, but I too have received my PPoints early, either today or yesterday (didn't look yesterday, but they definitely hadn't been awarded on Tuesday).
My renewal date is the 4th or 5th and I got mine on the 12th too! I didn't realize people who renewed AFTER the 10th would be on that date as well. Huh.
Yeah, I got mine early too.
My points were nominally due on the 28th, as that's my renewal date.
If it's a point of interest, I'm on a year sub (as opposed to actually renewing monthly.)

My renewal date was the 13th and I got my points a day early (which threw me off a little bit.)
But now I still haven't gotten my reward token for this month...

My renewal date is on the 22nd, and I did receive my points on the 12th.
Looks like that award script is a bit screwy. :-S
Did anyone else get points despite their subscription ending this month? (On the 19th to be precise.)
Not that I mind getting these points that I wasn't expecting... but... I'm not sure that was how it was supposed to work, since I'm not going to be subscribed from October to November.

Yesterday was the 12th, but my renewal date is the 15th. I posted about this in one of the Points threads last night, and Bright posted that his/her points were awarded early, too, with renewal date of the 19th. So, instead of getting them on the billing date, did we all once again get our points just like in September? Chime in and let's find out! |

Yeah, I pay monthly and my renewal date is the 27th. I also got my PP early, and they can't know for sure whether I was going to renew or cancel before my billing date. I could cancel and I would get these points for free.

My billing date is also on the 28th (12+2 month plan, next payment in May) and I got my 550 PP on October 12th.

Zwil, wouldnt this be so much easier to do and just award server transfers, PP, and tokens all at the same time say at the beginning of each month?
it seems way overcomplicated to award transfers at beginning of month, PP on billing date (variable throughout month per person), and tokens at the end of the month. awarding everything at beginning of the month would also standardize the procedure and should help to simplify it

I agree that the current system isn't the most intuitive and am passing that feedback along at whatever opportunity presents itself. For now though, I am focused on providing a clear and concise explanation and will relay the details as they are communicated to us.

And, while I don't think the issues with the award dates have been a problem, it has been weird... and, for you, I can only imagine how much more frustrating it is... "I tell them the info that I'm given... and it kicks things out in completely different ways!!".
