Ditto here; date is the 19th (or 18th; one of the two) and got my points either yesterday or the day before (I didn't check the day before).

It'll be interesting to see if the vet token shows up this month, too....

This is so screwy. I still don't have mine for October (more than a week past my sub date, and a couple of days past the 12th), and people are getting theirs early.

And whether or not getting all the awards on the same day (the start of the billing for the month) is easier on the tech end, it really would be easier on the user end. It's also going to make for much fewer customer support issues for you all.

My bill date is the 9th, my old Vet rewards date is the 13th, I got my points yesterday (the 13th) but I haven't seen the reward token (3 month up in December)

I got my points yesterday, which was my billing date, so business as usual there. I still haven't gotten my token, though, which was what I really wanted...


Issue 16 made me feel like this.

I'll add to getting my Oct PP early.

Billing for 28th.
Vet for 24th.

So far I have received my Transfer for the month and I got my PP back on the 12th, I think. Have to wait another 10 days, I figure, for my Reward token. I so want /auctionhouse .

I got my Paragon Points early as well, I'm not expecting my reward token until the 24thish of the month as my reward token dates have always been at the end of a month. The paragon points are about 10-12 days off in my favor.

Zwill could the dropping of points early be because of bulk time that was applied/purchased before the paragon reward system dropped? Paragon Points might continue to drop early until that prepaid time expires as the intial paragon reward point drop could have flagged all of that prepaid time to drop their paragon points at a set time rather then on its normal monthly time..basically resetting the paragon point reward date to be different from the billing date.

Just a thought.

The 13th is unlucky! My renewal date is the 13th, I got my PPs a day early but I haven't gotten my Reward token yet...

This whole thing CAN'T be how it's meant to run... I can't imagine why we can't get all three things we're entitled to on our billing date?

I got my server xfer near the first of the month, possibly on my billing date, which is the third.

Got my points on the 12th.

Haven't gotten my token yet.

I don't like the feeling that I can't keep track of all this stuff flying around, you know?

I didn't get ANY points in September. Not store points nor reward tokens. This month I got store points but not reward tokens. Were we supposed to?

Yep. I just checked my Talisander account and it's the same for that one. Billing date on the 19th, just like the main account... but got its 400 points on the 12th. o_0

I'll add myself to the list of folks who got stuff early- billing date is the 21st, got PPoints, Reward Token, and Server Transfer earlier this week.

Man, if only I could spend my Reward Token on more PPoints... I'm Tier9 and have the Celestial set unlocked already, the current crop of consumables dont interest me.

I used to get Vet Rewards on the 31st/1st (which always ticked me off, since my billing date has never changed and was always the 16th). I have received no tokens since Freedom's release. It appears I got a server transfer(s) though. I bought the pack that was on sale, which was what? 5 transfers? I used 1 and now have 6.

There appears to be no rhyme or reason to the application of VIP rewards and no way to monitor anything besides PP in our accounts (unlike before when it would show when Vet Rewards would be earned). Really not pleased.

If you are a VIP and not a Tier 9 veteran (this refers to reward tokens that replaced the old veteran reward system), you should be receiving 400 points every month. If you were subscribed in July, you should have started receiving points than, as a reward to come into the new system with. Not sure how it would work if you were subscribed in July, but not August (don't know how that applies for you, either).

There are other bits of info around to let you know how many reward tokens you should have, but you should now be getting one of those per month you are subscribed, and if you buy a certain amount of Paragon Points (can't recall how many off the top of my head).

Then it sounds like I am missing Paragon Points for September, and reward tokens for September and October for both of my accounts. I guess I'll file petitions even though I cringe at the thought of dealing with "Customer Support". Not getting what I pay for is not doing a lot to convince me to keep paying for this game.

I agree that the current system isn't the most intuitive and am passing that feedback along at whatever opportunity presents itself. For now though, I am focused on providing a clear and concise explanation and will relay the details as they are communicated to us.
Zwillinger, I think it is past time to get whoever is responsible for this system to come forward and do the following:
  • Explain to both Customer Support and the OCR team exactly what is supposed to happen. From what I can tell, neither group actually knows what is going on with the system(s) involved.
  • Simplify the system. Mainly change from 3 different reward dates to a single date for all three special rewards (Server Transfers, Paragon Points, and Paragon Reward Tokens).
  • Show on the user's account page the accurate time that the awards are to be given to the player.
  • Listen to player feedback, because from this side of the monitor, no able to make changes is.

On a related note, it seems that the monthly Producer's letter has died as well. The more Paragon Studios shuts down communication, the more players will feel ill-treated for subscribing. You know, the people you call VIPs.
