Same here.
Of course I'm a security freak so when I couldn't log in to my accounts I immediately changed all of them to something more secure. /sheepish grin

I changed my password as well.
It didn't work right away for me, and I sent a trouble ticket to support.
Not sure if that fixed it, or support did, but an hour later I was able to log in.

I went to my NCSoft master account and changed my password also. It took a few minutes, but did let me log in (fortunately I hadn't exhausted my 5 tries, but it was a close call, 4!)
What happened? All the passwords got erased from the forum?
Is this preventing people from login to the game too, or forum only?

That was ... really odd. I clicked the Edit Signature button and ... it was all fixed. I didn't have to do anything except save signature.

Please add a warning to wait at least a minute (a real minute) between changing your password and trying to log in. Almost burned my login attempts.

Worked for me too
Took about 10 minutes or so for mine to allow me to log on (once I got to a computer that was able to access the NCSoft account management pages).
Thanks for the tip EG. Had a friend PM the OCR team with a link to this thread.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Then, after about 45 minutes I tried again and it worked.
Waiting seemed to work. So hang in there!

As a few people have stated, if you've run out of login attempts, give it some time before trying even after changing your password.

I was going nuts thinking I did something wrong. I have a laptop with fingerprint scanner that holds my login info and was wondering how it could possibly be wrong.
Verified.. This worked.. just waited a few minutes and was able to login..
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.
