That was funny. I ended up watching like 6-7 other HISHE episodes.

Quote:What you think is irrelevant. The facts are what they are.I don't pay for a Lineage 2 subscription. It has nothing to do with me.
So saying our resources are being used on Lineage 2 is hardly justified to me.
Feel free to stick your head in the sand if it helps you cope.
Allow me to translate. *ahem*

Quote:Hmmm, that is a good question. It must be someone/thing that hasn't been introduced yet since I can't remember a character from the old world that wasn't killed or already introduced in someway.I'm pretty sure that it is a crystal coffin. The real question is whose? I doubt it was Snow White's because why keep an empty coffin under ground? Did the earthquake free someone that the evil witch was keeping under wraps?
I'm guessing that glass coffin will come into play for the season finale. -
Quote:It's a small town with an evil queen as the mayor. There are no experts. Lighten up.My feeble little brain does in fact remember the Mayor bossing her around. Won't deny it. Not my point, but also heavy handed and poor writing. Why would a mayor call the shots during a rescue like that. There are experts for things like that, yet they don't seem to exist in Storybrook. We get it, she's a control freak.
Quote:Why would the police or mayor run the rescue with the fire department there?
But I can only assume that introducing a new character at this point would have made the episode feel more rushed.
Quote:But if you think that scene was sharply written, then we'll have to agree to disagree.
Quote:But the one thing I won't do is question your intelligence or brainpower. I said the writing was bad, and I stand behind it. I said nothing about the people who enjoy it so you shouldn't treat it as an insult to you in any way.
The funniest part of this whole exchange is that I agree with your basic point; that this scene around the mine is not the best writing in the show. What first drew my to your post was your posting of misinformation to bash the show. If you wish to bash the writing, at least highlight the relevant parts (which you did this time around).
With all that said, if I wanted realism I would watch Law and Order...not Once Upon a Time. Derp.
Lastly, I never insulted your intelligence. I merely stated you had a poor attention span. And I'll add 'acting melodramatic' to that as well. -
Quote:You said...Not sure I see your point? Is that supposed to make the writing better or worse?
Which was not true. My point was that you weren't paying attention and then to try to blame poor writing for your poor attention span. -
I remember the mayor barking out orders to both Emma and the sheriff. Did you forgot that part?
-
What was the thing down in the mines at the end? I couldn't make it out.

I remember way back in the day when custome piece recipes were very hard to come by due to their drop rate. It was a terrible idea then and an even worse idea now.
Listen up Paragon Studios, stop trying to fix **** that isn't broken. -
Quote:Possibly. But the way she reacted when that figurine got bumped around (when her car got lowered off the tow truck) got me thinking.Maybe they'll eventually get around to introducing a wolfy looking guy who'll "hound" Ruby as a sort of recurring pseudo-love interest for her. Maybe it could be a guy who hangs out at the restaurant who keeps making playful passes at her that she keeps having to dodge while she's doing her job.

Quote:Ya, these are my hopes as well but I don't expect them to happen. Too many times my expectations are dashed in shows I enjoy and then I stop watching. So for this time, I'm simply going to assume she's a dope until proven otherwise. We saw how Cind was able to trick Rumple with a "second deal" so I figure we'll see Emma manage to trick Gold in a twisty way with the "second deal" she made. I also figure Emma will use the Deputy job to maneuver her way against the mayor as well.
Quote:I didn't really mind that the fairy godmother got zapped either but it was kind of sad that she only got about 15 seconds of screentime. I almost feel sorry for the actress who barely had any chance to do anything.
I also find myself trying to identify characters from their story, as shown on the show, as people in the town when I first see them. It's fun. I wonder if the wolf is just that littlecrystal figurine? -
The latest episode of OUaT was decent but I did have a couple 'facepalm' moments.
The first was accepting a deal with Gold. It was inevitable but I was hoping the writers would find another way to break Cind's deal and show Emma had some brains. Now we have the Hero owing a favor to the Villain. Blah.
The second was accepting the deputy position. I mean, shouldn't it be obvious to Emma that the sheriff shouldn't be trusted? I think the writers could have done a better job at making it apparent that she had no other choice. 'Time to make some roots' isn't very convincing to me.
I'm really hoping the writers show Emma out smarting both Gold and the Sheriff by turning Gold's deal and new deputy job to her advantage.
Lastly, my wife got all pissed when the Fairy God Mother got destroyed. That was totally unexpected. I liked it. -
It will be interesting to note over the next few months if that uptick we see is from the initial offering of Freedom and people purchasing points right away. As months wear on, we might see the decline resume as less points are purchased. The key to stop this decline to for CoH to continually offer new products in the market that people want; Titan Weapons, Staff Fighting, etc. Any sort of dry spell will result in plateau or decline.

If my Power Thrust is gutted, then there will be many happy level 1 Skuls in AP but I will RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE. :P

Wow, I'm surprised they pushed that build live. It didn't seem ready for Live servers yet.
-
It's naive to think the Devs disclosed to us all the triggers for MARTy. I wouldn't be surprised if there were more triggers added, expanded, etc that were beyond our knowledge.
-
I'm betting the Sheriff is the Huntsman. Once he started tracking the John Doe it dawned on me.
-
Wow, all I found in my attic was half of a Snake Eyes action figure from G.I. Joe.

The OP likes to use the word nerf to entice views to his topics. Standard operating procedure for this one.

Quote:Its even more ridiculous when dopes read threads and then make a cry baby post about the thread within the thread. How about you just pass and move on.I can't say which is more ridiculous: that we're up past 100 posts on yet another "dark need buff!" thread, or that the pro-buff position is being sustained by one-sentence non-replies and people are bothering to put thought and effort into detailed rebuttals.
It is obvious that dark armor does not need any buffs, dark armor is not going to get any buffs, but sufficient lobbying may land it a nerf. Think we're nearly there yet?
I would like DR and DS buffed with the two minor changes. I think it would help make the set more rounded acorss all levels. DR can be painful in the twenties and early thirties, and giving DS a tohit debuff would help out CoD and the defensive nature of the set. -
Nope. I'll probably be gone for good in December for various reasons (or gone for a few years). Most notably...because I'll be a father.
