Yup. Annoying change is annoying. Get rid of, please.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

at least shorten the cooldown to one second or so - only the fastest typers and clickers will be annoyed, but most of us probably take an order of one second to type or click-move-click to make each invite.
maybe someone figured out how to mass spam invites or something.
Maybe it was thrown in to handle latency issues with...Cross-Server Teaming! Dun dun duuunnnn!!!

Not sure what the reasoning behind this change is, but blind invites were never that big of an issue IMO. Certainly not a big enough issue to warrant coding changes.
I think they should apply it only to sending multiple invites TO THE SAME PERSON... in which case it probably needs to be a couple of seconds longer.
Oh is that the bandwagon (sticks out thumb and hops on). I've got a big bag of pitchforks and torches so lets burn this motha down! HATE! HATE! HATE! this change......
I am late to the party but I want to be part of the *rabble rabble rabble* torch and pitchfork crew. It's most noticeable during zone events such as the winter realm, rikti invasion, zombie invasion kind of scenario.

Also disliked this change. It might make sense for invites from the search window, guessing that perhaps this is to prevent people from just inviting everyone listed until they have a full team.
But it sure doesn't make sense when inviting off the global list. At that point, it's a team of regular players, and it makes no sense to throttle it.
I was happy just putting the multiple blind inviters on /ignore, as those teams rarely are decent anyway.
I am also not pleased with this change, I do understand if this is to keep from getting a ton of blind invites, but I agree...fixed something that was not broken!
It's not my fault, i was born with a personality. i blame my parents.

Here's an idea... If it's not in the patch notes, then it's obviously an introduced bug. I say we all /bug this.

It stinks heavily of an idea that looked good on paper but managed to be implemented excessively poorly.
Repeat invites to the SAME person? A delay isn't necessarily a bad idea, anti-harassment or whatever (still is a non-issue but hey, trying to give benefit of the doubt...).
Multiple invites to different people? Delay is stupid and nonsensical.
