I'm just- wow. I've got so many questions!
As others have asked; how is fitness going to work? Granted at levels six, fourteen, and twenty? Issue twenty closed beta?! What's the difference between the regular NDA and a signed one? Is it easier to keep information within the beta?
Very excited. The f5 button of the computer I've commandeered hasn't felt this loved in some time, I'm sure.

Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

That is not a misquote. Issue 20 must be something special to hit a super closed beta before Issue 19.

It's great to see that Primals (and Preatorians that were booted out) will be getting back in soon. And here I thought it would be next year before they got around to doing that. Now I can move my Resistance girl to Paragon without worrying that I will be shut out forever.
And yay Fitness! I guess it makes sense that all heroes train their fitness inherently as they fight crime. Here's to hoping it's still slottable too, but Im not worried about that.
I think I need to go change my pants.

If this is the new Appex outfit, I already hate it. 
EDIT: No offense to the devs, but you should probably have contest for designing heroes/villains.

This news is overwhelming. The kind of overwhelming where you no longer process joy. Just white noise and a lack of awareness of things other than happiness.
I look forward to fewer endurance problems; I don't look forward to respec'ing nearly every character I've made.
Wouldn't it be an easier idea to add a new inherent with Stamina like recovery or adjust base recovery rates? Then everyone would have Stamina and if you chose to you could opt for Stamina+.
I agree it is GOOD stuff.
I just don't know what I would take with 3 extra powers on every toon 
I also am not looking to respecing EVERY character I have.
