i think i don't give a **** about the popup and would rather have the rest of the fixes applied to live.

Another suggestion my wife and I have discussed for unwanted buffs (it personally doesn't bother me, but my wife goes ballistic every time someone buffs her with Speed Boost) is to borrow something from WoW and add the option "Remove Buff" in to the context menu when you right click on the power icon under the health bar. No need for a prompt and complete control over the buffs you want.
All background shield designs (chief, tierce, per pale, etc) are still missing from the costumes of all characters with Shield Defense. Both scrappers and brutes, both male and female characters.

But yeah when are we expecting to see some of these changes go live. Especially the arena observer bot fix, getting really annoying trying to watch matches on an observer bot that moves at walk speed and gets only 1 ft off the ground.

Certain circumstances sometimes just make SB a movement hassle, no matter the good benefits it has.

Which I find hilariously funny and probably goes a long way towards her whole hatred of unasked for SB buffs. (She loves everything else about SB, it's just the sudden, unexpected burst of speed.)

Very pleased with this. It's a relief to see a large group of fixes while GR is coming up, rather than just having to wait for it to come out. Even PVP is included, and the buff prompt was faster than expected. The complaints here are over the top.
I also approve of the prompt. An option would be even better, but until then a prompt works.
A game is not supposed to be some kind of... place where people enjoy themselves!

Options for auto accept/decline would be nice, more preferred for self buff. Just a wait and see atm, but I hate the prompt. Also, never say never in this game, we've had a lot of that over the years and yet things come. Capes, proliferation, color customization, etc
It never hurts to ask, I would prefer a self buff so I could use it while I solo. Also for the those times you're the only one who doesn't get buffed. Get rid of the stacking bugs and a self buff is plausible.
I saw fixes for Defenders and Controllers, what about Masterminds? They have Force Field too. >.>

If you're going to put in a prompt, need to have the auto-choose ability in the options IMO. I freaking *hate* the fortunes, personally.

Can you, Devs, do better job and stop spamming popup if player is already buffed? If you for whatever reason decided to put it back, at least place burden on the caster instead of the receiver of this buff.
