  • Catalyst 10.2 drivers have a conflict with Ultra Mode features. After toggling between graphics quality levels and pushing "Apply" in the UI the game framerate may drop dramatically until you quit the game and restart. In order to avoid this issue please update your drivers to the latest 10.4 version.
  • The command "/chan_timeout <channel name> <duration>" is not working currently.
  • In Mission Architect, the Unique map Grandville- The Fab has pathing problems. Pets will not be able to follow you, and it will not be possible to complete some mission types.
  • Tailor - the tails of a trench coat automatically set to Long>Basic when entering a tailor session with a trenchcoat with tails set to something other than Long>Basic. Changing it back to the correct selection before purchasing a costume does not result in a charge.
  • Windowed mode causes the NPC portraits to resize significantly.
  • Some area buff powers still only affect a maximum of 16 player allies: Force Field/Dispersion Bubble. Kinetics/Inertial Reduction, Radiation Emission/Radiant Aura and Accelerate Metabolism, Sonic Resonance/Sonic Dispersion, Storm Summoning/Steamy Mist, Thermal Radiation/Warmth, Fortunata Seer pet Mind Link.
  • If you already have a level 20 or higher character, you must log them in before you're granted access to the EATs.

Typing /unloadgfx into the chat box will fix the framerate issue when this happens.

EDIT: Catalyst 10.3 is also affected

I'm only getting Verson 10.2 seeing that I use a ATI X1600/1650 series graphics card

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional.

On Lady Grey Task Force we could not get past the green healing mito's. One of the teammates used a power analyzer on it and said they saw 50 hold protection listed for it. With 2 controllers spamming holds and rest of team trying to spike damage one for 10 minutes we had to give up.

Just wondering if its intentional or not. Thanks.

If it is, then it needs to be revisited. The same thing is happening in the regular Hamidon in the Hive. All of the numbers are the same for the green mitos as they have been for a number of issues (-50 for hold protection, not 50, with 66.7% resistance), but it either was not getting held (despite having more than enough holds) or the 90% resistance and regen was not being turned off when it was held. In either event, it makes the Hamidon all but impossible, so I certainly hope it's a bug that will get fixed quickly. It is, after all, the only real end game content we've got.

Another missing thing from tailor: For Females: The Bun hairstyle from the natural booster is missing.

I found an issue. Not sure if it's just on Liberty, but every time someone goes to Cimerora, they end up stuck in the floor under the crystal. /stuck doesn't work. Leaving Cimerora we seem to end up with our heads stuck in the crystal. I have seen this happen to multiple people.

The animation of rezz is broken.
You can see the pets of other Masterminds on the mini map but not ur own. The other way around is more logical.

This is known to players but IDK if a redname has commented: Color customization has vanished on all but the slot-0 costumes. Does not appear to be a client-side issue.

Scrapper Regeneration Integration shows no visual effects at all although the startup animation plays fine and the power does work, just no ongoing visual. I assume other variants have the same issue but I only have one character with regen.

I just looked at the powers for this entity and I *did* find a bug...but nothing that would cause the increased difficulty you are describing.

The only change the powers of this entity has undergone was in issue 16, when I made a change to the way it's auto and toggle powers work to alleviate server stress.

As for the bug I did find, apparently instead of having 50 points of hold Protection, the green mito has 50 points of hold mag preapplied, meaning it is permaheld already. That is causing it to not use it's 2 click powers.

EDIT: Note the that zone version of the Healer works properly, only the mission version had the hold issue.

This can't be correct though. When we did our lgtf and had to quit due to the greens being nigh unkillable (and our team has been doing this for months every night) the greens were quite active and blasting us readily all the time...killing our tank in 6 shots or so.

Where there any Defense Debuff Resistance (DDR) values that had changed unintentionally with this patch?

Prior to i17, my fire/shield scrapper had 95% DDR with 2 enzymes in Battle Agility 3 membranes in Active defense (that would allow for it to stack - 2 applications total) and one enzyme in grant cover. Now my stats only show 91.27%. I also use some cytos, but iirc they do not contribute to DDR.

actually it's the fact that custom colors for all power sets has reset to the default, so unless you saved every single custom setting for every costum slot, you'll need to spend another massive amount of time reseting them to what you had them set to, since the i17 seems to have erased them all

in addition to the hami mito bug, i saw one other thread on the forums about reichsman being bugged as well, there was a thread about it floating around, but cant seem to find it

The Mending Mitochondria click powers are Heal Other and Mitosis. Healing Aura, Endocronic Blast, Fly, Regenerative Aura, and Resistance are all auto powers, unaffected by Held status, which is why your tank was still able to be blasted.

Not in this list of known issues, but many people are reporting that i17 defaulted ALL power customization except for those on the first costume slot.

Is this a database issue? Is it reversible? Or should those of us hit by this bug spend the time to recreate our customized powers? And if the latter, will be getting another round of costume tokens as compensation?

(And now that I've got dev eyeballs, any chance we'll be getting additional costume slots with GR? I mean shouldn't each character be able to have at least as many costumes as the game has years? )

There is something wrong with the Immunes Engineer. I don't believe they actually have Phalanx Fighting, but it seems that my chance ToHit on them get floored to 5% if I don't defeat the others around the Engineer. I can't think of anything else other than they got Phalanx Fighting added to them with I17, but the values are not capped at 2 other allies in range, or the Defense bonus for allies in range are waaaaaay off. Or both.

Can you please take a look at this? It is wiggin' me out. I even tried using two yellow inspirations and Build Up, and it did help but it just seemed like the Immunes Engineer somehow had MASSIVE amounts of Defense.

Err... the green mitos we encountered during the LGTF were healing Hami quite capably. Eventually we ended up completing it by powering through their heals to defeat Hami and then killed the greens individually, but that added a significant amount of time to our run compared to how the mission should be working.

VEATs can access six costume slots, y'know, except they can't edit the sixth one (but they can still access it via /cc 5).

Regarding the first quoted statement, as Wulf has already said, the -50 hold on the greens hasn't changed over the past several issues (during which we have taken Hami down countless times without the current issue from the greens). Also, the greens are very much using their 2 click powers. I watched them do it myself.

Regarding the second quoted statement and as Wulf said previously, the zone version is certainly not working properly. The regen/resistance bubble was not dropping despite well more than enough holds. Approximately 3 times as much hold mag as we have previously successfully held and defeated the greens.
