  1. Wow. THANK YOU.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that you took the time to write all that out. That is a lot to ponder, and I'll definitely try to make some of these changes.

    As to your first suggestion:

    Quote:
Combine mission objectives. Instead of listing each person to rescue, have the multiple objective names be "teens to rescue." So it will list in the nav bar as "4 teens to rescue." Also, shorten the other objectives to prevent the nav bar from getting so big.
I originally wanted to do that, but I couldn't find a way to do that and have 4 different teen girls. When I tried to make the rescue mission have 4 teens, it was the same teen 4 times. I will have to explore what I was missing.

Thank you again for all the other suggestions. I've only been playing the game since mid-March, so I still don't have a full grasp of all the powers and such, and the one friend I had that could help explain it all to me isn't speaking to me, so that made this a bit more difficult to develop.

You reminded me that I did actually mean to put middle-aged women in one of the missions (I did read the books, and I'm a 34 year old woman ).

Thank you again. You have really given me a ton to think about. I really, really appreciate that you took the time to play it, and then give me such constructive criticism. Thank you!

  2. I have just finished my send up of the Twilight Saga. I think it will be fun/funny to people even if they aren't familiar with the whole Twilight phenomena. It's 4 missions (1 for each book), and while they seem like they'll be the same, I did try to make them a bit different). I really wanted to call it "Sparkly Vampires? WTF?", but alas, it was not meant to be. Would love feedback. Thanks!

Oh thank you!! I will have to go buy that, because this will be soooooo much better with sparkly auras!!! Thank you, again!!!

Is there a way to add auras to custom characters in AE?? I haven't stumbled across a way to do that, but it would really be helpful if there is!

    Thanks!
  5. I can't load either. I get a little flash of the "Loading...." screen then poof. Very frustrating.
  6. I can't even get my game to load since downloading the new patch.

That's what I thought. Just wanted to check! Thanks so much!
  8. Forgive me if this is the wrong place for this question, but I'm wondering something.

I want to create a mission arc that pokes fun at the godawful Twilight novels. Do I have to change names and such, or can I do straight out satire?

    Thanks!
  9. Hi, all. This is my second arc, but the first with multiple missions. I really struggled with this one, as I wanted custom enemies in each mission, but it's really difficult with the 100kb restriction.

Anyway, this arc is about a woman who has lost her husband, and for some reason she can't remember some of the most important events in their life together. You have to go into her memories and see what's up.

    Anyway, it's Arc #397303.

    Thanks for any feedback!
  10. This is my first creation with Mission Architect. I've only been playing seriously for a few weeks now, and I wanted to create a fun mission. I was inspired by all the Girl Scouts hawking their cookies everywhere.

    It's Arc #388885

It's only 1 mission, though I may expand it at some point. The general gist is that villains are eating too many cookies and becoming lazy, so you must infiltrate a Hero Scout warehouse and destroy all of the cookies and defeat the Hero Scout Leader.

    Anyway, I appreciate any feedback!

    Thanks!
