For instance, Incarnate level 1, whatever it is, might be something unlocked for your level 50's account-wide once a single character has done it. I suppose the theory here is that if you want it, you can do the content on Virtue, then get the benefits everywhere.

We'll see!
I doubt it will be unlocked for everyone on that server. It would make the content a one-time ordeal.

Ummm, isn't that what we ARE getting? Unless you don't consider a set that has to be shared a new set... which would be an odd train of thought.

Huh, not sure how I could have missed that fairly obvious interpretation... I suppose I was so stoked about stuff being announced that I just had to pounce on someone who looked to be mad about something that wasn't even correct. Alas, it happens.

I was hoping they would have a new powerset for all the ATs, long before it was announced at Pax that they would in fact have a new power set for all ATs.

I also think every paid expansion should come with new powersets I'd love a Time Manupulation powerset, but then there'd be alot more people out there with powers similar to my main. So, that would suck. :/

When I saw Castle's post about Kinetic Melee it made me think Kin/Shield scrapper. Kinetic buffs+ Shield Buffs = awesome!

LEt's hope there is lots of AoE in the set. My only worry about it is the long animations.

I wish we could get rid of those cattle heads. The rest of Demon Summoning looks great.

Neat. The moving tails look nice; hopefully the new animated player tails will too. And apparently they did go ahead and use the whip in the henchman enhancement animations - note the scene where she wraps her whip around a demon. So, we won't have to take a personal attack to see the whip.

You know I was just thinking. I have to go back to the video... does the whip extend from where its wrapped back to the player wielding it?

Wild conjecture, but my mind immediately leapt to the issues of stretchy powers...

off to watch it again.

EDIT: yep. at 2:29 the whip extends from the player and wraps around the target maintaining its lengthy in line back to the player.

For once (the world is doomed I know), I kind of agree with you, it's not the cattleheads themselves, it's the fact they look completely out of proportion with the bodies so they just don't look quite right.

I'd make some ungodly combo of Kinetics with either Radiation Emission or Dark Miasma. Who needs to attack with that pairing!

a character concept just popped into my head.
