Things that make you happy
Three words: Vial Of Bees.
I want this as a permatemp vet reward SO BAD.
Melee toons trying to PVP my MMs. They all die 1v1.
Force Fields!!
" I don't let me kids play on the Freedom Server" -Oya
Dropping a shiv in the middle of a MM horde and then nuking them from orbit with a warburg nuke. Awwww I love it so
My god
*I'm determined to keep saying it until someone gets the reference.
Samuel_Tow is the only poster that makes me want to punch him in the head more often when I'm agreeing with him than when I'm disagreeing with him.

Lightning Rod.
Getting an idea for a character design, and realizing that yes, I can do that.
Not being afraid to die.

Why MA ratings should be changed from stars to "like" or "dislike"
A better algorithm for ordering MA arcs
"Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope."
I love running my AR/Dev blaster through missions at +0/x4. "Must kill enemies, get red inspirations, use inspirations to kill more enemies". It's a lovely viscous cycle. More Dakka!
I love collecting the temp summon powers (Clockwork Connection, Build Snowbeast, Loa Bone, Coral Amulet, Summoning Amulet, etc.), saving them all until I have several, then busting them all out at once for grins. I once did this on a 40-something MM...I had like 12+ pets following me around for a while. It was hilarious.
When my dragon-themed scrapper finally got draconic wings and exactly matched the concept I had when I created him.
Activating a PBAoE or cone attack when surrounded by enemies, getting a critical hit and then finding no one left standing afterward.
Learning the hard way that certain War Wolves morph into red-con Bosses after you defeat them, and then barely beating the Boss. (with just a shred of your health bar remaining afterward) Same thing with those !*#!! Red Caps.
The first time I had a character who could fly.
Finally getting Tier 9 powers.
Advancing in level in the middle of a big fight and getting that mega-inspiration rush just when you need it.
When enemies who could beat the crap out of my blasters in melee get stuck in caltrops and/or web grenades, allowing me to beat the crap out of them.
Getting Stamina or Quick Recovery.

to TO THE END!
Villains are those who dedicate their lives to causing mayhem. Villians are people from the planet Villia!
Despite a few whingey posts Ive made rencently I will say CoX as whole makes me happy.
I love how the character creator and powersets spark my imagination
I love how it can be as simplistic or as complicated as you like
I love the stories
I love the friends I have made while playing
I love how I can play for hours on end by not feel like Ive wasted time
I love how the devs try to please the community with continual commitment to expanding the game
These things make happy
Hand Clap.
I like to think of the ten second Rage crash as my character letting the mobs think they have him on the ropes....then BAM, they are flying through the air
However, it turned out that Smith was not a time-travelling Terminator
6 Slotting Gale and getting a team's permission to "Just go **** nuts crazy with the **** thing."
That "kidnap innocent civilians for the Vahzilok" mission. I giggle like a demented sociopath every time.
I love being me.
Despicable Me.
Propel. I made a Grav Dom just to use this power.
Knockback in general. Watching thugs go flying from my blows make my characters feel "super." I really like knocking low level guys off of rooftops.
Coming up with great, unique costumes.
Writing my characters descriptions and backstories.
The Television. My favorite contact in the game.
Seeing so much love for Propel in this thread. Honestly, it's my favorite power in the whole game.
Mass Confusion - Terrify - Fireball/single target attacks
Eden trial
PvPing with my team
IOing/Accolading out alts
My new Dual Pistols/Traps Corr
Just going nuts in some hazard zone on my Spines/Dark Scrapper
Speed ITFs
Speed LGTFs
Selling stuff on the Market for millions upon millions of inf.
Questions about the game, either side? /t @Neuronia or @Neuronium, with your queries!
168760: A Death in the Gish. 3 missions, 1-14. Easy to solo.
Infinity Villains
Champion, Pinnacle, Virtue Heroes
You wanna know what I'm happy about? I'm happy about having my f***in account back after six weeks away. That's what I'm happy about boy
The sound of the Assault Bot's missiles blowing stuff up
Doctor Creed's missions, especially the mission where you use the Anti-Serum to blow up Infected (every time I finish this mission I spend the next 8-10 minutes circling the building that the mission is in, using the Anti-Serum as much as I can until it expires)
The sound Footstomp makes when it knocks down a huge mob of enemies
Footstomp's alternate ground-punch animation
Using the Veteran Nemesis Staff to knock Outcasts, Council and 5th Column off the ledge outside the Steel Canyon Wentworth's
Parking my Invuln Tanker in front of a Rikti Pylon and needing to take no action in order to survive (I just discovered that I can do this, it's awesome)
Power Customization. There's some great color combinations you can get, and it's fun to see the colors of other people's costumes. Dark red Dark Melee/Dark Armor looks really sexy, really just the depth of customization you can do with dark powers in general is cool to see.
"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill
We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...
And now today, I'm happy about having back control of the super group that I built from the ground up. Lost the shiny red star after my account lapsed, but got it back today
Breaking out a character I haven't played in months and feeling like I'm in the arms of an old lover who I never stopped loving.
Playing a high perception Stalker in WB before i12. Stalking the Stalkers was fun
This thread is for things in or about CoH that make you crazy happy, totally ecstatic, unbelievably joyous, SO DAMN JOLLY, CHEERFUL LIKE WOAH TOTALLY PANTS-ON-HEAD RETARDED WITH MIRTH or just kinda make you go "Gee, I'm glad this is."
I'll start because I'm not gonna wait for you slowpokes:
Buying a Revolver temporary power on a character with dual pistols: *GUN-KATA GUN-KATA GUN-KATA GUN-KATA* *Awkward pistol shot* *GUN-KATA GUN-KATA*
The fact that Jack Emmert's idea of game balance never went through: "A hero should be able to take on a lieutenant and maybe a minion." Nothing screams "I'M A SUPERHERO!!" like having to form up a team to take down a gang member.
The Baseball Bat temporary power. If the next permanent vet reward is one of these, I'll maintain this account permanently.
Activating Force Bubble on my level 50 Mastermind, then dropping down onto groups of level 1 enemies and watching them vanish past my maximum draw distance in less than a second. If only there were a little twinkle when they disappeared...
You. D'aww <3
okay go
