This one's going to be tricky for me...
I have a couple possible ideas though *finishes reading current book to start reading Alice*
I'm picturing Mel as a meat doctor, Flo as a member of the Carnival and Vera as one of those citizens who is always running around in a panic, even after you've cleared the room.
I've started on my first idea. I'm not sure how well it's going to turn out though. And I'm also not sure how many people are going to jump on the mad tea party. We'll just see how it goes...
I don't know if you all watch Bobby Chiu on DA, but he is going to interview a character designer for Alice in Wonderland at 8 pst/11 est tonight.
He is also going to do a live painting in about 15 minutes.
He is a great artist to listen to when you are lacking motivation.

Mad as a hatter, that is! Yes, with the new movie coming out (though I'm still undecided if it looks good or not.... Helena Bonham Carter with a gigantic head is very terrifying) I thought that Alice in Wonderland would also be a great source of inspiration for our artists.
So for March you get to play with the classic tale. I don't care if you use the original writings, the old Disney movie, some Miyuki-chan (my personal favorite, natch), the NEW movie.... whatever one of the many incarnations. You can either juxtapose CoH elements into Wonderland, or bring Wonderland elements into Paragon. All types of visual art are acceptable.
I'm leaving the requirements pretty open this month. Try running wild with your freedom. The more whimsical the solution, the better it relates to the theme!
THE RULES
1. The Hot Chicks Rule- All entries must somehow include a hot chick!
2. Keep It Clean- All entries must be direct-linkable on the boards. If its worse than PG-13, you will be disqualified.
3. Use City of Heroes/Villains Elements- Your entry must somehow relate to City of Heroes/Villains either through character, setting, or some other means
4. Use Alice in Wonderland Elements- Other side of the coin, there must be some Alice in Wonderland something in there too!
5. Visual Fan Art Only- We had a fan fic entry for February, which was fine. But from here on out, all entries have to fall under visual art type categories
DEADLINES
All entries must be posted to this thread or the dA group by MIDNIGHT US EASTERN TIME, FRIDAY MARCH 26TH. Voting/the new theme will follow during that weekend. Its in the artists' best interest to get their pieces in early for feedback or in case there is a disqualifying element. Feel free to PM me with any questions or if you're unsure if something is within the rules.
