Anyone else waiting for GR to roll new toons?

I have placeholders for new toons that will have the new Powersets, but I will wait to make Praetorians.

I am waiting on GR to recreate Loopy Loup Garou, my EM/Willpower Brute as Claws/WP. He's a werewolf. I want to create him as a level pact, though, with his female version, with him as a Brute and her as a Scrapper. So I am hoping I'll be able to do that by creating them both as Preatorians.

I have a number of characters I'm not playing until I can switch sides with them, mainly my Ninja/FF MM (who will be going hero side) and my Warshade. (Who will be going bad) But I don't really plan to create that many new characters, most of them are already around and waiting to switch sides.

Yes...waiting to make a Dual Pistols/MM Blaster (most likely) and a Demon Summoning/* MM.

Beyond that I'm waiting and hoping for more new powersets but....we'll see I guess.

I got a Dual Pistols/Elec Blaster a Demon/Dark MM and a very interesting Fire/Pain Dom Corrupter I need for my RP... Nao... >.>

I have a bunch of characters waiting to be made when GR comes out. All have low-level placeholders keeping their names.

Worker 7 - DB/?? Scrapper or Brute
Bengrim The Bold - Axe/WP Brute
Ran Chaos - NRG/NRG Blaster

I've had a number of placeholder characters waiting for GR since well before GR was ever announced

Not at all, just recently made my first Ill/Rad and I'm enjoying it.

When GR comes out I'll likely make one DP and one DS char, though their concepts haven't been set in stone. I'm going to wait until we get a look at what the powers are actually like, before deciding what power and theme to pair it with.

Oh, and count me as excited to start in Praetoria, or more precisely as a member of the loyalists. I'll be the guy charging into rebel scum, while shouting "FOR THE EMPEROR" and other DoW phrases.

Not so much waiting as have already made all the characters that *needed* to be made, and the other concepts I kind of want to explore aren't that urgent. May as well see what's in GR first. No interest in demons or pistols, but if there are new ATs, some of my current characters that just never took off might get redone.

It is keeping me from playing my one corruptor or rolling any more until I see what the options are, as I don't really get into redside at all.

I have a couple of level-1 nameholders, and several existing characters of various levels that are sitting idle, all waiting for GR. Although I have been playing other characters in the meantime, some of which were new.

Entirely new, waiting for GR:

- Al 'Aqrab (i.e. The Scorpion), evil Archery/Something Blaster
- Silent Force, heroic Fire/Storm Corruptor
- Blood of the Damned, evil Pistols/Something Corruptor

And two more, an evil MA/Regen Scrapper (alternate universe version of my namesake) and a heroic Pistols Blaster, neither of which has a name yet.

To be rerolled/switch sides come GR, to fit various concepts better:

- Ason Svivati, currently a Stone/Elec Brute...she's pretty darn anti-, but she's a hero at heart.
- Bane Spider Minchew and
- Fortunata Epps will both go blue-side (assuming such is allowed).
- Mecha Wasp is a Bots/TA MM, who'll finally see that it was just a few bad apples calling themselves "heroes" that destroyed her life, and will turn toward the blue.

Some might go the middle route, specifically the Pistols Blaster, not sure about the alignment of the new area. There's a rumor (or a fact?) of a new AT too, might throw a wrench into plans if it strikes my fancy.

I'vegone through Villain content sooo many times, and since I no longer maintain any hope of more than a trickle of new Villain content, I've been trying to talk myself into playing more of the Hero content just for the novelty of the experience. But there's not a single Hero AT that appeals to me more than its villainous counterparts. I've already got names reserved for several characters... two Brutes, a Corruptor and a Dominator, at last count. Until GR hits, I'll just keep playing with the AE on my main Brute.

So far I'm sitting on some toons and plan to reroll them when GR comes out. 3 will use the pistol powerset, 1 for the demon summoning powerset, and 1 to be rerolled as a Praetorian version of a villain I have.

Yes, I am waiting on Going Rogue to create any new alts. I have several concepts I could start now, but need to keep my few slots left open so I can experience Praetoria as a fresh alt.

Meanwhile, back at the Manor...

I have several 50s that I am grinding out the gear to outfit them better. I figure that's still gonna take me quite awhile, so I'm in no rush.

In an attempt to impose some kind of order on my alt-itis I've recently rolled (or rerolled) a ton of new characters and I expect I'll continue to do so, quite possibly until I run out of slots. I've also got some level 1s holding onto names I want for demon summoning and dual pistols.

How I'll ever find the time to play them all I have no idea but it'll be fun trying to.

I'll be making:

DP/Traps Corruptor, named Riley Tiranis (already reserved name and outfit). To play in a 4-person group with my friends. It's going to be 2x DP/Traps and 2x DP/Devices. Four blasty types with lots of DEF and guns with pets and explosions. It should be a rioting good time.

DP/MM Blaster, name unknown. She's going to be a psychic gunslinger, and someone for me to play DP with when my friends for the other toon above aren't around. I also wanted to have something to play MM with since I have only done it with Psi primary and that sucked. Should be AoE heavy and fairly survivable.

DS/?? MM. I'm thinking either Pain or Dark, even though I already did Dark a lot. I don't want to do Thermal because I have a high level Thermal and I hate buffbotting. I've never done Pain to a high level though so I want to give that a shot. Though it depends some on what the pets are like.

I have a character concept I've tried to start a couple times as an Assult Riffle character but she's never felt quite right. So I'm planning to make her a Dual Pistols character to see if that's a better fit.

I'm waiting until I get tired of CoD MW2 before I roll new 'toons'.

So far I have 2. A mastermind villian (my first) whom I want to go 'rogue' and become a hero. And (if possible) a Ill/Dual Pistols hero.

I've been dying to make a Dark/DP vigillante "shadow" homage since the first mention of Pistols. I've also got a slot reserved for a DP/Mental Blaster. My namesake will definitely go Vigillante, can't see him going full-on evil. Also, ALL my villains on both accounts will go Rogue, simply because I want all the hero TFs.. or more the Merits they give

(plus I have a bet I can do a all-stalker Posi in under 45 minutes)
