I'd push for the story bible to be released. It's the ultimate treasure for anyone who's interested in the lore, and it would give us fodder to continue the legacy for years, via COH videos (they can still be done with demoediting even without a functioning client), fan comics, and who knows what else.
The Q&A section is sadly going to focus too much on newer developments like Praetoria, Incarnates and the Coming Storm (because that's what immediately comes to mind about the future of COH), but the story bible will have plenty of information about Coralax, Rularuu, the Moon Base and more from ALL over the game, not just what's fresh in people's minds.
Story bible. That's the holy grail for COH's lore. -
Wait for Planetside 2 or just go back to League of Legends. Was hoping to take a break from League of Legends today by coming back to CoH and then I hear the news. Wish I decided to come back sooner.

I'll probably just wander around on my main and take one last look at the place. I can't bring myself to get any more badges, or work on my Incarnate powers knowing that it will all just disappear soon. Maybe play with the character creator for old time's sake.

Ava Sixx will be polishing her sentient Shield Generator, Carter, while reminiscing about her escapades with Unions' 'Nighthunters'.
Recluse's Phantom will be standing on top of the Grandville tower keeping an eye out for interlopers and insurgents.
And last but not least, Mill Worker will return to haunt the factory in Sharkhead Isle where he died his painful death. -
Halloween is just getting better and better.

Union was one of the forming EU servers so most players are GMT+0/+1. Peak time is between 8-10pm GMT+0. Like Coolio said; Beta server is occupying a lot of people's time, but there are still plenty of players around, you just need to look. Also, keep in mind that some people may be choosing to remain hidden.
Try join Sals Badgehunters (Probably full). They cater to all your TF and Badging needs. If you can't get in join Union Taskforce. People generally broadcast TFs on both of these channels. If you like to RP check out Union Roleplayers and a must is Union Chat where all the banter is. UC is always buzzing with activity. Feel free to ask around on any of these channels for a team. Everyone is very helpful and friendly on all of these channels.
Fear not, though. When i21 hits there'll be loads of new Free players joining which should pad out the lower levels a bit more. If you need a teammate feel free to toss a PM to my global (in my sig). I have toons that range from 6-50.

The signifigance is that there's a crashed Rikti Mothership there. Why do the Vanguard care? Because the Rikti are right on Paragon's doorstep.

2) It's a big change to the game. Shivans are invading, Praetorians are invading. At least fill the zones with Warworks with and Shivans. The other enemy factions should take advantage, right? See how Lord Recluse was klomping around Paragon.

Ah, right. Thanks for clearing that up. Some people on Beta were saying that the servers were back up so my natural reaction was to rush back to them.

So, the servers are back up and running, but there's one slight problem: I'm being told that public access is being denied.

There have been serious clues for weeks that the original "planned" launch date for Issue 21 was going to be sometime this week. I figured August 30th (being a Tuesday) was most likely, but September 1st was just as likely (and now confirmed) given the latest evidence.
At this point it's virtually 100% certain it won't happen before the Labor Day weekend. That makes September 6th pretty much earliest possible date now. But depending on what they need to do to fix the remaining problems that caused the delay it seems much more realistic that September 13th is now the earliest we should be expecting it.
