It just... doesn't always scroll at a noticeable speed.

I was just on beta and found out we can bind to mouse buttons 2, 3 and 4 now!
Considering this has never worked for me until I just now tried it again on beta, I'm thinking Warden may be on to something here.
My guides:Dark Melee/Dark Armor/Soul Mastery, Illusion Control/Kinetics/Primal Forces Mastery, Electric Armor
"Dark Armor is a complete waste as a tanking set."
Still can't use wheel to zoom character.
Still can't click and drag to rotate character.
I'm only ladylike when compared to my sister.
I just logged in to Live to test this. You currently CANNOT use the scroll wheel to scroll through costume options in the character creator.
I am happy to know that this QoL change is coming!

I think the best QoL Feature they've added to the Character Creator in I21 is the Temporary Name Reservation! If you click the Find button (magnifying glass icon by the Name text field) and it finds that the name you've picked is available, it will hold the name for you temporarily as you create your character.
No more need to rush at character creation! Take your time, your name will still be there for you when you're done!

The 15 I clicked the Search/Reserve button on were listed as taken, despite the search giving me the checkmark.
The 5 I didn't search were given to me.
... I'm gonna go post this in the beta forums now.
