CoH Magic: the Gathering cards.

I just wanted to post some MtG cards i made quite a while back to share with my SG. I actually made quite a few cards for SG characters (which i won't post due to not being to easily ask permission; although i may post some cards involving SG members). I may end up updating this thread since i left off in creating cards quite a few issues ago.

Cards were/are made with "Magic Set Editor" from magicseteditor.sourceforge.net (not meant as an advertizement, just in the name of total disclosure.) And some images were taken from paragonwiki.com when i was too lazy to go in game and get my own screenshots (I assumed such images were technically Free Use). Also; any quotes from "AV" are from my main on Victory, "Aqua Vitae" (in our SG we used initials if a members name had multiple words).













- I loved abusing Touch of Fear during our SGs occasional PvP nights...



- Made back when the Positron TF was a 15 hour exercise in debt and pain.

Almost a month went by with no one commenting on how awesome these are? For shame, people. Glad I stumbled on this post when I did. I want a full deck of these...

These are amazing! Great job, and makes me want to go dig through my storage closet for my old Magic Cards... the girlfriend is going to hate you... Oh well!

Neat idea. Sewers, Shadow shard, Paragon city, Rogue Isles and Praetoria could work as lands.

That idea work great as Mythos card game too

Some of the costs seem a little out of whack t'me, but...

Nicely done, I have to say. Arachnos strike me more as Red creatures than Black, though

Having recently got the Microprose version of MtG working in Windows 7 (I previously had to run it in a virtual Win97 machine) I am now tempted by one of my over-reaching (and never to be fulfilled if I'm honest) plans to pull the db apart and turn it to CoX!

Been years since I did anything involving playing MtG, but I foresee spending quite some time with it making cards for my SGs now....

Those are awesome. I'm definitely going to play around with that editor. Nice work, I especially like the Police Roadblock.

These are great, I especially like the Positron one. I do think some of your costing is a little off, but no big deal.

Also, thanks for the tip to the card design program...will have to go check that out.
