They NEVER tell me events there.
They just give Eastern, and Pacific Times,

Obviously there are going to be goofy issues. My bank got bought out in the middle of the Loyalty period, and my accounts got sold to two different banks. I firmly expect to get my badges tonight, and I will open a support ticket if I don't. *shrug* |
I could easily see it slipping someone's mind, especially if they pay with game cards. They would possibly not realize it till they go to log in. I know I very easily lose track of what day it is. Or there could be a concern with someone's credit card suddenly declining and people not knowing why (I had that happen to me pretty recently as a matter of fact - not here, but on another subscription - plenty of credit, but I think it might of been a matter of my card # changing or something like that) or being informed of the decline.

My brother had to switch cards on his account, because he switched banks. Those few moments of time it took to do so cost him the badge.
UPDATE: I wanted to post a correction on this. He DID get the badge, but it did not award at the same time mine did. Very odd behavior, but it did come through. So I'm hoping those of you who didn't get yours right away finally got them.

Yeah would be nice if there was say a 24 hour breathing space allowed between acounts going active/inactive.

If the record shows that at the start of the day on the 12th, and the end of the day on the 12th, your account was active, seems like it wouldn't be an issue.

I love my shiny new badges, and that I'll be happily testing out Going Rogue in a while, but this patch (as far as I know) appears to have borked /settitle numbers from 664 upwards. From badge 664 (Midnight Squad) upwards, one has to add two to their value to set the badge title they want. For example, to set 'Cimeroran' which had previously been 737, one now has to type 739.
Of course, there's a chance this was an earlier patch and I just failed to notice it until now.
I reactivated my account on August 15 and didn't get the badge...
I logged on with All-American Teen (hero) and Grey Whisper (villain) to check out the artwork on both badges. I know that back in September, after months of frustration with timecards, I switched over to my prepaid Mastercard, so there should be no problem for those who switched over. (I would have done so sooner, but it took awhile to get in touch with someone at MC to see what was the minimum amount I could add onto my card - the pamphlet said $100 min. but I found that was just the initial amount.)
Oh, and for those of you complaining about the whole PST/EST/CET debacle, just be thankful for the concept of Standard Time, otherwise there would be litterally hundreds of times we'd have to deal with.

And, Forsaken_Empire, I can answer your question....after I saw the badge, I went to Villains and made my first Stalker. It did not show up with my other badges, the ones I get while logging in to Breakout/Outbreak, but after I logged out, and logged back in, it did indeed show up.
