...Maybe the Devs should have thought this out... you have N00bs testing an expansion, and you have people that bought the acct for three months and cruise controlled.
Loyalty should be related to the amount of vet badges one has...

You all do realise that these selfsame months where the months that Champions Online came out and gathered subs.
It is called Loyalty if you stayed on with a running subscription to COX instead of going over to Champions Online!

I still had my account set up for auto-renew for 1 year, got the badges (so I was eligible), didn't think anything of it (busy due to classes, the massive tidal wave of end of Fall semester college homework, personal life, etc.). Honestly didn't pay any attention to the offer - was on auto-renew and I'm really not a badge hunter. Didn't notice until today that I didn't get my 2 free months rewarded. Anybody else have this happen? Sifted through this thread, but didn't see it mentioned.
Yes, sent letter to support today - I'm not too concerned about the badge or the beta access - just the 2 freebie months.
