If cheat codes existed, and you HAD to use them...

--All unlockables (weaponskins, costume pieces)

--/toggle_on Instant Healing. (Returns IH to a toggle.)
Barring that, I'll take:
--/Reincarnate. Allows you to reroll a character to L1, but with all of thier badges, including Anniversary badges.

--/Accountwide_Badges. Allows all earned badges to be accountwide.

/additionaldamage [Psionic] (Add a damage type of your choice to your powers, only works for smashing and lethal damage sets)

/Cribs (Infinite prestige!)

/getbaseitem [x] (Allows you to just get whatever base item you want/need that would normally require a badge unlock/crafting)

/getpower [High Pain Tolerance], [Quick Recovery], [Indomitable Will], [Snap Shot], and [Slug] (I don't want EVERY power in the game, I'd settle with these, and maybe the entire fitness pool as an inherent at no power selection cost, hell, they don't even have to be slottable!)

/deadbeat (Never have to pay base upkeep again! Or at least have more than one place you can pay for it.)

/freem (Going to have to go with steelclaw on this one, especially since my sound's deader than Batman's parents right now.)

/basesave and /baseload (Save your base and load it back up, great for when you make those dumb mistakes!)

/Ultrahide or /Decoy [toon name (has to be one of yours)] [zone] [team size] (The ability to conceal your character name from other players, not have your Gname show up with "Add Note" window, and even have it look like you're on another toon on your Gfriends list! (Great for messing with their heads!) also great for surprising folks ith your latest toon or simply to flee from some really scary people.)

And for the hell of it...

/HeavenorHell (Roll up stalker, Solo everyone!)

Oh geez. I'd have to go with
/Tempagency for all the temp powers,
/jayissexy for unlocking all the costume bits
/nerfherder to aggro everything in the zone at once. Combine with
/defenestrate 1 to enable lethal fall damage and
/fingerofgod to enable a PBAoE mag 10000 (like Ghost Widow's Soul Storm) knockup F5 Tornado. It's raining mooks!
/incarnate for the God Code (death 0, infinite bars (including Fury and Domination in their appropriate AT's.)

And mostly for experimental test purposes (To see if I like a powerset at later levels without slogging through 30 levels of suck to get there) I'd implement /childprodigy to gain all 50 levels worth of powers at 1. Naturally it wouldn't be as powerful as a true 50, unless you did /midlifecrisis and gained enough XP to instantly level to 50 the long way. Then you could /grapevine and deposit one of every set of purples in your respec inventory. And test that out. These kiddos would have to stay on Test server though. Too dangerous to be let out in the wild.

Oh and /phatlewts to send a server spike to anyone caught RMT'ing.

I'd pick all powers, just because there are a few combinations that I'd love to try out, like Elec Manip/Ice Manip, a weird conglomeration of Dark/Dark, and the awesome Traps/Devices. Although the All Temp Powers would be interesting as a 'Tinker' character, using IO Bonuses for your Acc/Dam/End/Etc.

Here's one that's semi-plausible.

/skipto25

This would set your character's level to 25, and give you enough inf for an SO loadout. However, you could no longer earn XP or inf, and would have no contacts other than newspapers.

The idea is it's a 'demo run' of an AT or power set combo you THINK you might like, but don't want to take days to find out if it's going to work for you or not. By level-locking and denying access to story content, you can run generic stomps just to test out the powers, then when you're ready, roll the character for real and proceed normally.

I guess this could also be skipto50, to get a full-on impression, but 25 seems like a good distance to sample the core powers.

You win just for making a I Wanna Be the Guy reference.

Mastermind - Poison Secondary - Elixer Of Life. When the buff wears off, the person you rez'd will then /em vomit. Only way I know of.

*hi-fives MoiMoi* I've always loved NewGame+ since I first encountered it in Chrono Trigger.

Fix'd that for ya.

Let's see...

I'd use ~DebugMode 1 to let me use dm_cowsfromhell

/renameControllerPets - Finally! Controllers can name their pets!
/mst3kmode - The game mocks everything that happens. EVERYTHING.
/moarbacon - You get more bacon.
/portablehole - Unlimited space for Salvage, Recipes, and Enhancements.
/bagofholding - Your Storage Racks, Enhancement Bins, Inpiration Collectors, and Vault can hold unlimited items. Storage Racks can also hold Recipes.

I already have MST3K mode. It's called playing a PUG taskforce while talking to one of your friends in tells.

Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.

Wolf Pack does that sometimes. I remember HydroAxe (I think) complaining about their blaster being unable to pull even though he insisted on it when Crimson pointed out that he was trying to pull using M203 on random targets.

I would hold the reset button down while starting the game. DOUBLE SHOT FTW!

(Sorry I predate Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, B, A, Select, Start.)

y'know, a few people have been posting the Konami Code, without saying what they want it to do. Since it first appeared in Gradius in 1986 for the NES, the code is used in over 80 games by Konami and over 70 games by other developers... and even things that aren't games, like digg.com or the Palm Pre. It's most famous as the Contra Code, but that only gives you 30 lives, which isn't exactly useful in a game where you can just rez yourself or take a trip to the hospital.

Also, it ends with B A, not with B A B A. Select and Start are only sometimes part of the code (in particular, the code often has to be entered from the pause screen, requiring you to press Start to get back to the game, and sometimes requires Select as code confirmation).

I'ld use the

"control time" cheat where you get to either speed up time or slow it down to a snail speed!!!!

@Damz Find me on the global channel Union Chat. One of the best "chat channels" ingame!

I'd settle for whatever cheat code gives dev characters access to every powerset at once, and just make a disgustingly cherry picked god build. Or something stupid fun, take your pick.

I almost forgot about my all-time favorite cheat code EVER from a video game.

/npc spawn [character]

A really fun little cheat that originated from the Jedi Knight games, which would allow you to spawn any character in the game right in front of you, even yourself! (/npc spawn player)

Man, I'd love to go to a costume contest in atlas and type /npc spawn reichsman_invincible
and watch the ensuing chaos. Oh the fun I could have with that....

/usethegodhand

Applies a perma-hasten effect and cuts the animation time of powers to let you fire off flurries of blows.

/killersolo

Changes the animations of Sonic Blast to the character air-guitaring.

/iamspartacus

Changes everyone's costume to match yours.

/dancecraze

Hold powers lack SFX and cause the targeted NPC to /em dance rather than the normal hold emote.
