If cheat codes existed, and you HAD to use them...
Costumemode: Gives more than 5 costume slots.
Costumemode2: Lets any costume part be used with any costume part. Yay! Tails with robes!
- All powers do 100% mag 100 knockback
- Un-ED and GDN
- hmm All powers do 100% mag 100 knockback maybe? :P
Pinnacle: Hold my beer. Watch this!
Always remember that you are absolutely unique. Just like everyone else.
MA arc #117314!! Try it nao!!
Which would you use?
Now wait, before you just roll your eyes and say "What a load of crap" or "I'd quit", hear me out. I'm not just talking god-mode here, or infinite inf, although those are possibilities too. I mean any cheat, from any game. Sometimes they actually make a game harder (or impossible), or just allow you to do silly stuff after you've already won the game once, to extend the replay value a bit or just mess around. Or just to see just how badly you can break the game. Here are some possibilites from various games, adapted somewhat for Co*. - God mode - Infinite inf - All contacts available, no level restrictions. - All powers available from your sets. You can pick a tier 9 at creation if you like. - ALL powers in the game available, limited only by their level restrictions. In other words, if you've always wondered what a Fire/Regen Blaster would be like, or a Necro/Kin MM. Or a Kin/Necro Defender with Fireball, Integration, and Oppressive Gloom! - All unlockables, including costumes and weapon skins. - All TEMP powers only. - reservoirdogs, my personal pick, and why I think so fondly on the PS1 era game Oni. It made enemies attack each other just as readily as they attacked Konoko, using all their various special moves. It was hilarious to see a cutscene of a bunch of thugs running in and saying "Let's get her!" and then start beating the crap out of each other. (It was only available when you had already beaten the game once.) - Heaven or Hell mode (also available in Vagrant Story). Everything in the game has ONE hit point, including you. It's the ultimate gamble. You'll just play a Fire Blaster you say? Ahh, but there's always that 5% chance.... - /fallingdamageisdeadly 1. /knockbackdistance 10000. Obviously you can also make up your own code. Perma-Invis? Perma-Hasten? Inherent Stamina and Health? No end crash on nukes? Infinite endurance? Break the game, fix the one little problem you've always had, or wallow in I Wanna Be The Hero/Villain 3D. |
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, B, A, Select, Start. Nuff said.
On a side note, is it still wrong to smile when first after a red name?
50s - Energyman, Elec^3 Blaster - Light Bringer Prime, Triform PB - OxyStorm, Robo/Storm/Mace MM - Widow Lotone, NW - Psi-Vox, Ill/FF/Earth Control
In between playing this and WoW, I played on a modded WoW server where everyone got all kinds of cool tricks and perks to their characters, so that players could do more with a limited number of friends.
My favorite trick was /tele, where I could teleport to any zone in the game in a matter of seconds, including subzones.
This game already has teleportation. That would just make it one of the best travel powers, instead of that one that most granite Tankers pick because it's the only one they can use while shapeshifted.
I'd have to go with Castle. A CoH version of "rosebud" would be extremely tempting.
AE Arcs: #10482 N00b Rescue Duty, #164100 The Four Treasures of the Tuatha De Dannan
I'd just give myself the I Win Button and call it good.
Hmmm.....
*Infinite Endurance
*Ability to duplicate salvage/recipes
*Ability to determine what types of salvage or recipe drops
*Perma-double XP
*Have All Badges and Accolades
*Most enemies die in one hit
These would be fun for maybe a few days.....but cheats make the game less fun to play.
Can't come up with a name? Click the link!
ARBFAB -- replaces all of the targeted player's costumes with the default Phantom Army graphic. Now I don't have to look at you.
WULFERINE -- generics targeted player's name

the no clipping mode from Doom2. it'd sure make those cave missions a lot simpler.
Oh! /assumeform $target
Shapeshift into the target baddy, with all their powers. I wanna be a mekman
/TestingCheatsEnabled_True
Basically this was the code for debug mode in the Sims games. It let you do whatever you want, and clicking on anything while holding [shift] unlocked a whole slew of options.
I would love a debug cheat for Co*
Arc ID: 348998 - Becoming a villain
Arc ID: 373341 - To Save a Hero
Got Inf?
JSGIFT - all costume pieces unlocked, any combination possible. Go doom hats!

Characters
I think I'd use stackable temps, so rather than the limit of 5 shivans at a time, I could run around and get 30 or 40 charges.

I think you underestimate our fools, sir.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to run (and have the endurance to run) every damage/taunt toggle in the game? Me neither.
I'd go with cheesesteakjimmys so I didn't run out of food.
Or maybe the "I win" button.
spawn mod, id go to atlas and spawn Hamidon right in the middle of atlas under the statue, then id run the LRSF and spawn Hamidon under the atlas statue in the last mission and watch the fun.
teleport AVs off a cliff or create a map hole and kite the AV into it
make all the zombie apocalypses start off with doing the Thriller dance (cant be attacked till their done)
paintball mode for blasters
I'd make an easter event where thousands of bunnies are hopping all over the zone and both heroes and vills get a mish to cull their growing numbers. I'd do the same for thanksgiving but with turkeys of course.
pulling from one of my favorite video game weapons (southpark N64) a temp power that roots and makes the target do a silly dance
replace MM robots with storm troopers
I could think of a million more but i need to get to bed.
Bonnie and her bunny

I'd definitely love a cheat code to open up all the unlockable weapons and costume pieces. (/BLINGBLING)
Godmode would be nice for goofing around with. (/PURPLEDBOTSTRAPS)
A code that makes the enemies fight each other too also sounds fun. (/IMAPLANTCONTROLLER)
A perma-Speed Boost code. (/NONSUCKSTONETANK)
And a code that gives your entire team all the buffs in the game, making them able to stomp any TF or mission flat. (/REPEATOFFENDERS)
Cascade, level 50 Blaster (NRG/NRG since before it was cool)
Mechmeister, level 50 Bots / Traps MM
FAR too many non-50 alts to name

What is this rosebud thing and why does everyone but me know about it?

I'd second the /testingcheatsenabled true cheat. CoH debug mode go. If I get the same options as in Sims 2 with it, it'll be awesome. Shiftclick on Rechsman, Kill, death by flies or death by falling satellite. Fun.
Failing that, just "forget" to close the Architect debug window in normal missions. That's pretty much all you need to cheat, by design.
Aegis Rose, Forcefield/Energy Defender - Freedom
"Bubble up for safety!"
Unlock all costume pieces, including the ones from the Booster Packs, even if you do not have said Booster Packs!
to TO THE END!
Villains are those who dedicate their lives to causing mayhem. Villians are people from the planet Villia!
