Soooooooo, Ninjas are the next costume pack??

No doubt there would be a lot of bikes riding around... at least for a while. But the bike speed doesn't need to be much faster than run speed. Just like prestige sprints (which I seldom see used) it's just a different animation for run. More of a roleplaying bit than a useful power. Kind of like doing the robot dance

I was here for, "NOOOO! NOW EVERYONE IN GAME WILL HAVE A CAPE!!!!" It didn't last. Neither did any of the doom-crying over any other feature of the game. If vehicles come, I will laud the implementation of further character customization--but I'm not worried about permanent traffic congestion.

Jet Packs as Costume Items.

Flight Belt Costume Items.

Space Armor and Helmets

More "gadget" animations: more of the "punch buttons on your wrist/belt" animations.

More "gadget" costume bits: things that look more like flight harnesses, data displays, arm and leg pouches, etc.

Ninjas are "Natural", but so are Batman, The Rocketeer, Buck Rogers, and Buzz Lightyear.

See, I'd have Buzz Lightyear and the Rocketeer down as Tech origin, since their ability to fly/do other things isn't as a result of what they are/training, but the technology they have strapped to them.

I can see that. You take a way the tech, they have nothing left. Batman, however, still has his training and his intellectual capabilities.

But they already did Tech, so this is our best shot at Jet Pack Costume items.

Unless, of course, they just GAVE them to us, like they did Rocket Boots, et al.

There's more to it than just a different animation. Making it work with all the body types, sizes, costume pieces, etc, etc without horrible clipping issues would be a huge undertaking. As has been shown in the past, just because it works on NPCs with limited numbers of scripted animations doesn't mean it'll work on PCs with a far wider range to be concerned with. The Bruiser summon is just a brief, scripted animation...

Actually female pirates aren't wenches. Wenches are the females who serve the priates entertainment needs. Ninjas have Geisha!

backpacks would be very cool, particularly if they included some kind of quiver (hopefully a few) and other weaponry we could display on our backs (I keep on seeing people pulling swords out of nowhere!) or at our sides as belt pieces.

smoke-bomb costume change emote is a great idea.

temp power? hmmm, not that it'd be terribly useful, but a Public Transport Pass would be fun. Heroes would be able to use it at any bus stop, to get to any other zone. Villains would have to go to an Arachnos Flyer.

@craggy see me on Union for TFs, SFs (please!) or just some good ol fashioned teaming.
