His profile on the forums lists his location at "retired".. perhaps he took a severance package.

Quote:Like the person who had the "Good for you." bind for Rommi's speech "I AM NICTUS"? I agree.. the more clever ones break the monotony. For me it depends on the situation. When people hammer down F7 or something for no reason.. I agree with you... but the occasional "Can I be on camera too?" or "is this my good side" just breaks the monotony of the same old cutscene. Some people even have very clever binds that work with particular scenes. lol

PLEASE! In reality there's little reason to need more than one teleporter if it could just be linked to go everywhere. Considering all we have are "Basic" telepads.. lets see the "advanced"! -
I'm still trying to figure out how my stalker's 4ft sword can miss from 3 feet away when she takes the time to aim (Assassin's Blade).
Or the psionic lance.. all your toon has to do is look at the enemy.. how does one -miss-? -
Quote:That's the gist I got from it... they bought it and booted everyone and will now likely do everything in their power to destroy what made it good. what a shame.Several gaming news outlets picked up the news that a broadcast IM was sent out to all users at the time that said:
Quote:Xfire was bought by new owners today. Most of the team that has built Xfire over the last six years is leaving. We enjoyed working for you for the last 127 releases and wish we could stay to create the next 127. Good bye, good luck, and game on. The Xfire Team. -

You want to be sent all across the Rouge Isles? People complain about travel time in arcs and TFs, so the devs were trying to adjust things to stick to the same zone for the most part.

Which "manual" are you talking about? The hard copy printed one? Or paragonwiki?

Quote:I have 6 gigs of Corsair DDR3 RAM and the 64 bit Windows 7, I have the Radeon HD 5870 video card. I don't lag during Hami or Mothership Raids on Virtue. Yet, the market still refuses to allow me to sell my salvage or crafted IOs, buy IOs or Recipes, or anything else without trying it 10-30 times or until I give up from sheer frustration. The issue is server-side.Quite right. The 6 gigs are in preparation for a move to Windows 7 64-bit. Vista can, however address up to approximately 3GB of my RAM.
EDIT: Also, as far as Processor, I'm running an Intel Core i7. -
Quote:Yep.. restarted the interface, relogged in, left to mission and come back later.. to no avail. Before, when the market would kick back an item after dropping it in the window.. it would do it once, maybe twice. Such a "bug" could be attributed to simple human error of mistiming the release click. But now.. it can take, as some other poster's stated, dropping it in 30+ times before it takes. One time, I spent a full ten minutes trying to drop a single piece of salvage in the market. I finally just gave up and went to rejoin my mission team instead.Have those of you clicking a button for 20 minutes without success done something like close the window entirely and reopen it? Sometimes you just have to resync yourself to the server. I find it hard to believe it happens as often to one person as y'all say when so many of us experience it very little or not at all. Something tells me it's not just the interface.
Not saying I don't believe you're having an issue. Just trying to narrow the problem down a bit more than just "Fix the Interface." -
Quote:It's worked well for them so far... they throw us a tidbit here and there and then nerf things without warning. So, Developers, stop avoiding this thread like it's the plague and show us you actually care. Let us know Base Builders are cared about...not with just words, but a commitment to action.
Or will you continue to ignore the issue as usual?
Isn't that what they did this round? Ghost Widow mentions that bases will be getting love "soon" and asks that we consolidate lists for them to look at for ideas (which has been done for years anyway)... in return for doing so, they change items that were never a problem and give us nothing else.
After this long, i have to wonder what's the point of continuing to ask? After Going Rouge finally comes out, they'll just move on to the next shiny (mutant booster pack?) and we'll be left waiting.. again. -
Same thing here.. my scrappers often out perform the tanks they're teamed with. I have a claws scrapper that often tanks for her teams.
-
Maybe its time to upgrade your computers :P I got some lag, but for the most part was able to attack fairly regularly. I only crashed once when my team decided to split up to go do other things. My machine is one that never lags on Rikti or Hami raids. Hardest thing was being on a melee toon and finding it impossible to get within melee range.

Moving hair. Facial Expressions. Ability to change eye color.

because the developers believe it will lead to recipe hoarding and completely destroy the in game economy.

I wasn't kicked.. but I did get lectured by an entire PUG team on how foolish I was for not getting pets on my Mind Control/Kinetics controller. They explained on how useless a troller was without pets. After that, transfusion and transference were "accidentally" removed from my power trays for the rest of the mission.

Quote:Those one's aren't going to eat her. They just stay there until they're a bit bigger so they are capable of catching and killing their own prey. Until that point, they hang on for the protection from predators and to mooch off her meals. The point of reproduction is to pass on ones genes... Now, there is a species of spider (of which i can't remember the name, off hand) where when the young hatch, the mother presses her abdomen against them and basically encourages them to eat her. By the time the young are finished, they're slightly bigger and have a slightly better chance of surviving.http://www.uky.edu/Ag/CritterFiles/c...wolf.htm#cycle
This states they live on their mother's back until they can hunt, so I can only assume that means they live on her back until they figure out how to eat her. Doesn't it just seem like they would? -

Quote:Or they could give us easier ways of making walls and 2nd floors.. then we wouldn't really have to worry about the 20k item limit. Now that we can become more elaborate and put our minds to use in creation of different objects, how about expanding the cap of amount of items from 20k to more? I know in our base I had to stop because we hit the 20k decorative items limit. I understand there was a limit because of zoning in potential problems, but with newer graphics cards out there now,we have no issues zoning into a 20k decorative item base. Cap it higher perhaps? maybe 30k?

And yet.. I have 3 friends who are still actively on virtue, not getting kicked off.. wth!?

I think it just went down again.. getting kicked back to the login screen. *sigh*
-
Server says its up.. but it kicks me back to the logon screen every time I try to get on..
Now its just taunting us! -
Just saying.. some "west coast" servers did survive
