My question is this, I hit 60 months on aug 22 so does that mean on aug 22 i will get closed beta access or do i have to wait till the next wave of invites or what?

Guys and gals, I am absolutely gutted. I may not be getting the rewards - my account expired earlier today (and once a couple of months ago) and worse yet, I couldn't reactivate straightaway as the account pages were down at the time.
It's not as though I'm not loyal... both times the account was reactivated in well under 24 hours, I've not skipped any time since I started playing 3 years ago, and it's not like I'm about to disappear either. Thing is, this has only even happened because it suddenly wasn't possible to have a recurring plan on a Switch card a while back...! I had to get the two-month one-off payments, I now have a Visa to counter that, but it's been a bit late coming really.
Anyone know who I should contact to "argue my case", so to speak, and try and get my name back on the list...? (really REALLY want the badge *and* the beta...!)

I very much doubt they will be unreasonable about a short downtime, especially with the account pages being down.

I don't have COH in recurring billing (can't, since my credit card is worthless outside Argentina) but as soon as they announced the Loyalty Program, I went to the brazilian distributor (only way I have to get time cards lately) and got enough time cards to keep the account active until December. Time cards are your friends when the billing system hates you.

Already took care of that a while back. Signed both my accounts up on the 6-month plan a few months back. I'm set till February at least.
I did the 6+1 month deal, plus, I bought the science and magic boosters, so I'd really like to test out the beta, cause my PC was recentlt built with pretty hardcore parts (so I can play Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 and drool at my screen)
So I'd like to test this "ultra" mode so I can help them/help me test my puppy out (plus I wanna test out demon summoning
One of my accts hits the 60 month vet award on Nov. 8 and I have no intention of canceling the accts anytime soon.
