Further Quality of Life Improvements
Make the give macro function actually work.
Chat Timestamps in game, optional of course. Sick and tired of coming back to my machine to see messages that I don't know when they were sent.
If I go AFK in a mission I don't want to be logged out... I do want the game after a while to set me to AFK

Allow us to use crafting stations to break unslotted IO's back into their component parts, for the same cost as crafting them?
[/ QUOTE ]
Would prefer a 'Break Enhancment' skill/thing/button that broke the IO/SO/DO/TO/etcO into component parts the better the enhancement the higher the chance to get good salvage.
Add NPCs that buy IOs and sell them back to players, but they can only sell what they have bought (see Rune Trader/Dye Traders in GW).
Make it so I can sell a whole stack of something if I want, enough with hammering the sell button.
I agree with everything Valkryst said.
Also I'd like you to put the "Office Belt" back in the costume creator, scince it was removed when you changed the belt layout.
I see some of the suggestions here about Io's and enhancements. you guys do know you can bin any slotted enhancement any time you want by dragging it to the bin icon?

Base Storage sorting:
Enhancement tables sort after: Level, Type, Name maybe alphabetical.
Inspiration Collectors sort after: Tier, Type
Rework the droptables:
Move some of the more specialized sets such as Snipe, Immobs, Sleeps etc from the "big" TF and Trial tables to be mobdrops maybe?
SingStar:
"Extremists LOVE to fish to get us annoyed so we break the forum rules."
CRACK68:
"The origin of life wasn't planned either, should all life be declared a bug and wiped out?"
Lionsbane:
"You know me.Ever the realist"
Just fixing the bug that shuffles back all chars in selection screen after having sorted them out would do for me.
A buyback option from vendors, it is just so annoying when you accidentally sell a good recipe to a vendor store for a few thousand inf and have no chance of getting it back

Random Flypose annimation when you go flying. For those of us who like a little variety without the bother of using the /flypose command for short hops.
Improved deathscenes for us player. There are so many good animated deathscenes. I would love to see that we players get more then the two animations we got now.
- On the enhancement screen put a number next to each power giving the level it was taken. Even better if this also include a number above each slot for the level *it* was taken. Possibly have button to show/hide that information. This would make preparing for a respec so much easier.
- On the respec screen an indicator of level you're currently adding powers or slots for.
- On the powers list/tray/popup (the thing you drag your powers into the power trays from) you can get details on any power you have taken using their right click menu. I also want to do this on the powers I *haven't* taken too, instead of having to type the name as a hotlink into chat and then clicking it.
- I second Khorak's request for being able to save and load costumes settings in the editor. I too have a bunch of characters who have the same basic costume but with individual variations specific to them. It would save me having the to do the clunky workaround -- doubtless unsupported, meaning it might go away some day -- where you go to the tailor, pay some amount of inf for making no changes to your costume, exit to the login screen, login in to character select and *only then* make the new character. Especially as you lose all the gender, body shape, and colour settings when you do that, even tho' it retains the actual costume pieces.
- A 'reroll' option on the character select screen. It would load the appropriate existing character information for the character you have selected into the character creator, lets you tweak it, and then only at the 'enter paragon/rogue isles' stage delete and recreate the character as the new level one version. It would obviously need a confirmation thingy like 'delete' and appropriate warnings.
- Make the text editing box on the ID screen suck less. Yes it sucks a bit less than it used to, it could still do with less suckage.
- Add a tab on the character info window showing our other characters -- with pictures would be real nice. This would need a option for each of our characters as to whether they show up in the tab (default 'yes'), and whether the info window shows the tab when someone is looking at their info (default to 'no').
- 'Show global chat handle in character info' option. Default should be 'no'.
- Only send the '@XXXXX is now @YYYYY' spam for when someone changes their global chat handle to their global friends, rather than the entire zone/server/nation/whatever.
- You know that thing where the devs make some tweak to the costume editor or a costume piece, and the next time I go to the tailor the costume my character already has on includes for mysterious reasons about 50000 inf worth of changes I haven't actually made, or possibly *don't even exist* since the costume looks just as it always did, but it still costs 50000 inf + tailor fee to do nothing at all? Yeah that thing. I would like it to stop doing that please.
- The hardy perennials of allowing giving of insps to members of the opposing faction in co-op zones, and not dropping people from co-op TFs/SFs if they leave the co-op zone. If you can't stop us from being dropped, then don't let us zone out of the co-op area at all when on a TF/SF and pop up a box saying we need quit the TF/SF if we try to do it.
- Make the Warshade/Peacebringer binds that everyone uses to make shapeshifting halfway bareable a default part of the user interface. Same for the famous teleport bind. Same for the 'apply both ally shields by pressing the same button twice' one.
Build export button... like the GW build code, and a API so people who make things for COH eg Mids can use the code to recreate a build directly in their planners. Also you could be able to send you build to a friend in game so they can see what you are.

Yes, this. I'm sick of having a costume, wanting to tweak it, and finding that 3 or more items have already been changed and I have to pay for those changes! Also, if I make a bald character (and I have several), please don't assume that I am mistaken and actually want him to have hair everytime i go to a tailor or go into the sg colours screen. Similarly, don't make my kilt disappear in this screen. I don't think you can actually select the kilt in the sg colour screen which makes changing the colours in sg mode impossible. And while I'm ranting about costumes and sg screens, when the sg colours are changed by the sg leader, please can you not have it so that all those that are in sg mode but not in sg colours are suddenly made to wear the sg colours. Oh and reorder certain costume pieces like shoulders ad belts, either alphabetise or in themes, not just in age order please.

Wonderful idea for a thread. Lets see if I can exercise the ol creative muscle a second....
<ul type="square"> [*]AH GUI - Change it so we get 2 windows. One for Salvage, one for everything else. If nothing else I think you'll find if you link the windows to separate search tables on your AH server it'll decrease the strain caused by all the searches looking over *all* items. [*]AH GUI 2 - When looking at a Recipe Detail, give us a button that executes a search for all items required by that item so we can review prices and buy all needed bits much easier - massive increase to efficiency here. [*]Could we possibly get a harder setting than Invinc? I'd even settle for something that offered no further XP bonus over Invinc but which made it more challenging. The game *can* and I emphasise can, be too easy on a strong/experienced team.[*]Tough one this but would it be possible for the game to dynamically alter the drop rates of items based on the demand level at AH? this should help avoid issues where "common" salvage becomes crazily overpriced and "rare" salvage is sold for peanuts (not very expensive peanuts at that!) [*]This one bugs me - can we change the player search function so it tells you the powersets of a player as well as thier AT? I know there's a risk of people discriminating against, for example, Storm defenders over Empaths, but in honesty, there are times where you legitimately need more healing power, and there are times where you want the amazing control that storm offers (in the right hands ) [*]Again on the search page, could we try and come up with a way to make people set their status? When looking for more team members, I always go for people who've set to "looking for any/mission etc" preferentially over those who don't bother, perhaps have a small popup when you log a toon in that asks you to set your status (without a default!). [/list]
that'll do me for now I think - thanks for asking
Something i would like to see is when going to Wentworths/Black Market, i can see directly in the window which salvage i need to make the recepies i have.
Would be so much nicer than scrolling thru recepie window and go "ok need, 1...2...3...4 Alchemical Silver" then back to WW and bid on them, then go back and scroll thru for the next salvage etc.
Some way to send SG invites to offline characters would be nice for me. All my new characters either have to miss out on the solo base I already have set up or I have to pester friends to create a new character just to invite my alts (and I don't like pestering them so I never ask).
Adding to the search for team leader. I think it would be good if when searching for a team you could see the team leader and who are in the team. This would help so you know there is no point sending a tell to a leader because the team is already full
Other than Re-shuffling of characters, being able to save costumes and off-line SG invites i think i like to see following:
1- A mark that indicates you are in a Task Force/Trial so people don't bother to ask for place in your team. (Maybe changing their status "Not Teaming" automaticly during the Task Force.
2- As i always said, a match-maker screen instead of current social/search panel.
3- Ability to use two patterns on costume tops at once(like Square Chest Emblem + Fat Stripe 2)
4- Ability to turn off graphic fx for some powers, especially buffs (erm... okay if you can do it only for Ice Shields of Cold Domination it will be enough or change that powers graphic fx)
5- Not a big deal but passing star during the Task Forces will be nice.
You know, the main QoL improvement I want for the game now (but somehow forgot to put in my earlier list) is customisable difficulty levels. When you visit an Analyst/Fateweaver, instead of a list of 5 reputation levels with no guidance whatsoever as to what they do (I know this sometimes gets confusing for newbies - Ive heard them asking about it on /help), I would rather see the following options:
1) Select level of enemies compared to your level:
[] 0/+1 (default)
[] +1/+2
[] +2/+3
[] +3/+4
[] +4/+5
2) Select size of enemy spawns:
[] Scaled to team size (default)
[] Scaled to team size +1
[] Scaled to team size +2
[] Scaled to team size +3
[] Scaled to team size +4
3) Select Boss frequency:
[] No bosses (default)
[] Bosses may spawn (same chance as now for reps above Heroic/Villainous)
[] Bosses spawn with greater frequency (double what it is now)
[] 1 extra Boss added to every spawn
[] 2 extra Bosses added to every spawn
4) Select if Arch-Villains will spawn:
[] Arch-Villains always spawn as Elite Bosses (default)
[] Arch-Villains spawn as Elite Bosses for team size of 3 or less
[] Arch-Villains spawn as Elite Bosses for team size of 2 or less
[] Arch-Villains spawn as Elite Bosses only for soloers
[] Arch-Villains always spawn as Arch-Villains, regardless of team size
(Defaults are set to be the same as for a solo player on Heroic/Villainous now - basically the easiest settings possible)
In addition to those fully customisable settings I would also keep the 5 existing reputations as default selections (probably listed first on the difficulty selection screen, above the four categories), so teams had a fast way to decide a difficulty level between them - just selecting the old reputation names would set defaults in the new system categories as follows:
Heroic/Villainous - picks the first (easiest) option in all 4 of the categories above
Tenacious/Malicious - picks the second option in all 4 of the categories above
Rugged/Vicious - picks the third option in all 4 of the categories above
Unyielding/Ruthless - picks the fourth option in all 4 of the categories above
Invincible/Relentless - picks the fifth (toughest) option in all 4 of the categories above
So Invincible/Relentless would actually be +4/+5 level, teams of 4 would face 8 player spawns (while full teams would get much larger spawns set for 12 players theoretically), each spawn would have 2 additional Bosses and AVs would always spawn as AVs.
This would allow greater challenge for those that choose it. Individuals could set exactly what difficulty they want for solo or small teaming (e.g. stalkers and other single target builds might want more bosses in smaller spawns of high level, while AE-builds might want no bosses and larger spawns of equal level), while still giving teams the standard 5 reputations to choose from to make it just as easy for them to discuss which difficulty to set (though they could then tweak those settings to exactly what they want - so a team leader might suggest Invincible/Relentless but with mob-level reduced to 0/+1, so the team would have much bigger spawns of relatively easy mobs).
If you didnt have one of the 5 pre-set reputation levels set then your difficulty level in the mission window would be listed as custom, but mousing over that would bring up a tooltip that showed what your 4 categories were set to.
Sure, it would potentially make things easier for farmers too, but who cares as long as they're enjoying themselves and not hassling non-farmers to fill? Everyone pays the same sub - this would let everyone play the game exactly how they wanted to.
-Increase Global and Server Friend lists.
-Do what Valkryst said =P
-Add another crafting station for villains. Maybe just use a house model thats already there and add a neon sign saying something like "Joe's Workshop" or something better
Thats all I can think of at the moment but I shall be back! =P
Maybe been mentioned before, fix the SG colour screen as if change costume it seems to always alter all your SG colour setting on other costumes.
And sometimes the SG costume screen dont reflect all the pieces on your chars screen even after changing them all at icon.

As far as this one is concerned: that's why you get free tailor tokens for all your characters when changes are made.
Only one I want...
- log out to character selection screen option.
Well, plus most things other people have suggested, particularly better search options.

And/or allowing us to right click on one once made and select an icon for it?
Allow us to use crafting stations to break unslotted IO's back into their component parts, for the same cost as crafting them?
I have no idea why I suggested that it just seemed cool
