The Community Team have said, literally dozens of times, that this is NOT going to happen, due to the utter waste of their time it would be for them to have to moderate it.

Don't know if its been mentioned, but in the ID screen, the "known powers" sections has become way too small for high lvl villains with lots of extra powers. Maybe enlarge it, or make it scrolling?

I like the idea above about having clock faces on recharging powers.
Being able to see what salvage is in your vault as well as on your person would be helpful at WW. maybe add a column to the recipe - have - need - vault
Fix the deselection of your target after finishing a mission that Arctic Princess mentioned.
Being able to get back items from the store you sold by mistake would be helpful.

a confirm offer / price in the AH or BM would be good too. (with an option to turn the confirmation off). will stop mistakes of too many zeroes by accident and (as happened to me) buying 3 iron followed quickly by 3 hamidon goo. at least I can use the goo in the future but it was a serious "oh s**t" moment when my inf dropped dramatically
A power animation viewer, like the 'Power details' button in power selection screens. basically it shows a default figure using the power you have hovered your mouse over and what it does to a player/npc.
I know this is near enough a suggestion, but it will help players to see the powers and the effects in action before they choose them

I'd like to echo the suggestion that we get a timer on the UI for certain powers - I'd like it to be numeric in seconds and have the timer displayed on both the hotkey (for recharge) and the buff icon (for duration). In options > settings you could disable it if you wanted to (for those that don't care), or have it display for all powers, or only have it display for long recharge/duration powers (say, any power that lasts longer than 20seconds or recharges slower than 20seconds - either base or slotted, I don't mind).
Would it be possible for the mission for the Annihilator badge in the Lord Recluse Strike Force not to lock everyone into a permanent phase shift after a certain amount of time passes? Makes killing the AVs a pain if the set-up phase takes too long. Last few times I tried it, we had to rely on MM pets to finish off Manticore because all the players were stuck.
One central storage unit, eg the vault per account. Which would allow the free transfer of any and all items including INF between all characters of that account. How simple is that ?

Okay an addition from me.
I don't know if it is possible but if we can see totals from sets on character info window it will be nice. For the sake of explanation instead of having Modarate Movement Speed Increase, Large Movemenet Speed Increase and Small Movement Increase or several small benefit notes a total Huge or Moderate or Large xxxx benefit will be cool.
I hope i can explain it well.

I don't talk about results, i was trying to get shorten that looooong list on my Personal Info. Just try to take a look someone with many sets slotted you will see what i mean. Instead of a total all set bonuses given in a seperate entry, even you slotted same set twice so that makes that list too long.
- Abilty to set Hide status from the log in screen
- Fix Co-op zones so that you can search for members of the opposite faction, pass inspirations and leave the zone without being kicked.
- Customisable running stances (can be similar to fly poses).
- Fix mission doors. Will really help with immersion if when you click on a cave you end up in a cave etc.
- Remove the enhancement 'lock-in' - this feature should really been removed when Inventions went live.
- Addional info on the character select screen such as date created and hours played etc

This would certainly save some time.
Inspired by some of the excellent suggestions above I'd like to add:
*. Flag players in a full team player on the search box.
I'm in favour of a vast majority of the suggestions in this thread except for the ones that are protecting against player idiocy (e.g. oops I sold LoG Unique at a store, or whoops I sold Hammi Goo for 100 inf).
Id like enemies to have a buff/debuff bar like in WoW with timers so you know when they wear off. Also, Id like us, the players, to be able to disable any buffs cast on us as we may not want that buff (Like in WoW, you just right-click and its gone. Poof!). If not, Id be happy with Kitty_Hellfires suggestion about disabling the GFX.
Also, the suggestion Valk made about difficulty settings.
More features on the Search box. For example, say youre looking to do the Synapse Task Force but nobody where you are wants to do it. You open the Search box and mark yourself as legible for Synapses Task Force. Then <insert name of hero here> searches for people using the other new feature of the Search box which is:

I open the Search box, select from a drop down list Synapse Task Force and it then lists the people who have marked themselves as willing to do the Synapse Task Force. There could also be an auto-join option however; I can see the problem with this.
The ability to reset the position and size of all chat boxes and tabs. Say your mouse accidentally clicks your main chat box and pulls it the length of your screen (Mine does this, its so annoying), you then have the option of resetting it to Default which is the how it originally is when you make a new character. Also, make it so that when you have one chat box on a character one size that it doesnt cross over to any new characters you may make immediately after logging out that character.

An "Exit TF Mode" button for the team leader, so teams can quit a TF and do somethingelse/restard it without disbanding.

Add code to make Bosses and up never run/run less frequently until un-aggroed. If not Bosses, then at least Giant Monsters. Ghost of Scrapyard can only be described as "broken" right now.
yes i tried to get the ghost of scrapyard badge and he ended up running into an Arbiter drone, it was a huge dissapointment for everyone.
I have something else that will ease the game, make targets that are unnafected by an AoE sleep stay put, many a time I have tried sleeping a mob to find that half of it are hunting me down afterwards

There is a way to do this, set up all your windows the way you want them, open options and click on the save window settings. Now should you accidently mess up your windows, all you have to do is go back into options and click on load window options, and hey presto! All fixed

Rather simple? It sets the thumbtack at the coordinates on the 2Dmap which then gets translated into the real 3D(x, y, z) coordinates? As in it just adds the height.
Atleast that's what a similar command does in another game I play.
I would like some fix for the PVP badges, just as simple as don't make the reputation decrease as far as it does now.
That and have some easier way to invite your own alts, as so many people have suggested will make me happy
