It is crapola - I am trying to give you my money - here take it!! Oh wait, so sorry your Lords and Masters are too £$5@%3* to sort the problem. Why bother with your packs when the software lets you down.........................
Mr.NCsoft get it sorted.
Ad&D has this down to a fine art -
ACC-DEF-HOLD would be the best choice.

Where can I hunt the following (red side)
Lost Leaders
Overseers
Trolls
Fake Nemisis
Cheers

Anyone interested in working on the set of PvP badges red side?

[QUOTE=BBQ_Pork;2658388]"But what about Accolades?"
There's the question. Should a badge-hunter be allowed to earn all of the Accolades on his L1s as soon as they are rolled?

This is the difficult part - probably not - perhaps restrict it in some other way. -
I'm talking about merging badges between my own characters on my own (one) account. Where does seliing alts come into it :/
-
I want to be able (for a micro payment), to merge my badge lists from one character to another. My 'main' is the one I badge with, great alt but he feels like an also ran, a minion, and it's starting to bug me. I have another alt that I would love to play more of, but he's tends to get shelved in favor of the badger - shame really.

My first villain was a Dom. I hit 40 at a break neck speed, as I think most did, as villains broke. And it was a joy to play. Damage and control in one very neat package. Ultimately a challenge, which I enjoyed. But then the tail end of the villains broke, 40 to 50. I slogged my way through it, for the first time I actually considered quitting the game. It was NOT fun. I am not sure I could even recommend it now!
Recently I picked up my Fire Dom, unaware of the changes, wow the fun was back. Its not all about power leveling. I eat dirt a lot, but if I get it right, make the right choices, nothing stops the Domination, it is an old shoe. I also think it is an age thing the more difficult the alt the more attractive I find it, c'est la vie.
Hats off to Uncle P and Liliacea for sticking with it. The more I play the more I feel it is about the right concept rather than the flavor of the month. -
My DM/EA is my main, he's a born survivor, damage isn't half bad either. I'd stick with stamina, and have found the fitness pool worthwhile. I also have combat jump. I cut shadow maul, I have a nice chain of smite, shadow punch, siphon life & midnight grasp as well as the occasional kick for good measure. Energy Drain is excellent and from the patrons I have gloom and darkest night.
Not able to post my build - oh well -
Quote:I am talking about Defiant, perhaps you should spend more time playing and less time talking.Yes, it is - no danger of people ganking the GM before everyone can get there
You should come to Defiant - there've been several successful banner battles late at night Euro time
You cropped the ...................bunch of muppets
Oh and how come you don't have the EU brand mark after your name? -
Quote:Yes thanks for this - great stuff on low pop servers...............bunch of muppets.Brace yourself for the new apocalypse as our annual Halloween Event returns to City of Heroes®! Legions of Zombies, Werewolves, Jack-o-Lanterns, and other foul denizens are preparing to descend upon Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. This year theyre bringing even more powerful allies! The new apocalypse is deadlier than ever as mysterious monstrosities are joining forces with the Eidolons, Shivans, and others. Paragon City and the Rogue Isles could be in terrible peril, and only the greatest Heroes and Villains can turn back the tide.
- Starts: Tuesday, 20th October 2009 at 8:59 a.m. Pacific and British Time (9H59 Central EuropeanTime] / 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time)
- Ends: Tuesday, 3rd November 2009 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific and British Time (00H59 Central European Time / 2:59 a.m. Eastern Time).
Deadly Apocalypse
As if our Heroes and Villains didnt have enough foul-smelling fiends with rotting flesh to deal with during a zombie apocalypse, this year Heroes and Villains have to come up with new strategies to tackle a new terror. When Haunted Sigils appear, destroy them quickly and prepare for wave after wave of relentless foes. Only after all the foes have been defeated will you be rewarded with a ghoulish surprise. Its a trick and treat!
Badges, Temporary Costumes, and Other Rewards
The greater the challenge, the greater the reward! This year our Heroes and Villains receive new trick or treat prizes. Everyone who completes the various stages of the Deadly Apocalypse will receive a badge, and all of last years goodies will be back for players who missed them.
Be sure to visit Ravenwing Cabbals Annah in Croatoa or Granny Beldam in Nerva Archipelago to learn more about the 2009 Halloween Event activities.
But before you launch yourself into the action, there are a couple of things we need to make you aware of:
- You should enable the Events Channel on your Chat channel Tab to see in which zone the Deadly Apocalypse (announced as Supernatural activity detected in Zone X) or the Zombie Invasion is occurring.
- If the Halloween Event kicks off in a Zone that has multiple instances, it is only occurring in ONE zone (for example, if there are two instances of Atlas Park, check both Atlas Park and Atlas Park 2).
Happy trick or treating! -
Does anybody have an MA arc that they need to be played through and rated for the badges. I am looking for somebaody to do the same with mine - Doctor Ichors Apple.
Rgds BW -
Cranked up the difficulty lvl on my first alt, a Tank, to Invincible during the very low lvls. I very nearly quit the game. I wish I had not deleted that alt though.
-
Quote:I also heard that he was delighted with the way MA arcs were panning out, with arcs such as DOCTOR ICHORS APPLE topping the bill, rumor has it that he gave it his personal thumbs up!!With Issue 16: Powers Spectrum on the horizon, Lead Designer Matt Positron Miller discusses power customization and how it came to fruition. Check out what Matt has to say about bringing a much desired feature to life in this Developer Diary on MMORPG

I hope it can. I just spent weeks work on Doctor Ichors Apple
-
Thought I'd ask the kind folk's on my home server if they wouldn't mind having a crack at this little MA arc that I slaved over - lvl 45+ redside alts, tough as nails need only apply!!
Remember - DOCTOR ICHORS APPLE
Thanks all.............. -
Why, when I have set up an ambush with a unique character in, is there 4 or 5 of them that turn up? This is driving me nuts.
Rgds -
Simple, printable, up-to-date badge list - both CoV and CoH. No pretty frills. Just a badge list. If you could point me in the right direction that would be great - Thanks

Quote:Yes - I would be in for allAnyone up for forming a villains team to work through all the Strike Forces sequentially on a regular evening?
It's not something I've ever done but could be a lot of fun.
I'm suggesting we could all make a new toon (any AT ok at this stage so long as we have balance) and do a few bank missions for the travel powers etc and maybe a bit of MA stuff to get to 15 and kick off the Tarikos SF -
My build - In fact my main, he has an answer to most things........
Sorry having trouble with mids, never mind -
Give them an appropriate context............

But all done on a shoe string my friend ...........
So once again. Given the increased number of staff @ Paragon and the abysmal decline of the content/issue quantity can presume that that they either a working on improving COH, or are in fact; as the Talos Island conspiracy theorist would have us believe, working on CoH 2

Most of us are working on Going Rogue and Power Customization
Plus, we are still recruiting more staff, and are looking for an animator with experience in non-humanoid rigs, which could be read as some sort of animal shape-shifing being planned for the future.

I see no reason why we should not discuss this further........damn typos.............
