Lost leader can also be found in Nerva, scattered across Crimson Cove. I see them mostly in the area between where Ractespriel is and the docks north of the ferry entrance.
The easiest way to get the Fake Nemesis badge is to form or join a Lib TV farm. I've probably killed 20k+ of those things on my main.
Nemesis - the last mission of the 3rd Black Scorpion arc, with the Mole Machines. There are 7 or 8 of them on the beaches. If solo turn off boss on you diff settings and they are Lt. easy kills. Also noted the TV has a couple of missions with them. I usually use the one on the "Dreck Map" you can farm the whole map just don't destroy the objects.
