To be perfectly honest, the gender bending is not a problem with me.

What I have a problem with is the /emote SuperSerum. Basically, I have a problem with someone injecting themselves with something to change a costume. Perhaps I am being too conservative, but I remember a time when it was not considered appropriate to directly show injecting things on TV, not sure if or when that changed. I still don't think this would be appropriate for a game.

This is just my personal feeling and I'm not going to get all heavy handed about it, but it does disturb me.

The only thing that "punk'd" indicates is your willingness to troll the forums and drag your PVPEC name through the mud. Just admitting it *does not make it acceptable* on the forums or in real life.

You're willing to lie, many times - several times contradicting your own "but I was lying when I said x" - and maybe you don't understand how many people READ these forums and actually keep up on them? But plenty of people did see your posts, and your post history. So... yeah, the only person you're punking is yourself.

It's 106 miles to Grandville, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing faceless helmets

... Hit it ...

I still don't see as much of a problem with it, in strict comparison to everything else that happens in the game as well. The simulated drug use may have a point, with the sole exception that we actually have villain groups in the game (the Skulls and the Trolls, to name a few) that are specifically stated as either engaging in heavy drug use, or the peddling/pushing thereof as well. And we can reasonably assume that The Lost also engage in a bit of this, though I'm sure the initial doses on at least a few victims of The Change are non-consentual.

Not that I'm exactly disagreeing, as I haven't seen the Super Serum emote yet ( ), but find that in comparison to some of the other stuff already in-game it doesn't bother me as badly.

this thread is a prime example of why its better to say "whoops I made a mistake" when you screw up than to keep furiously digging the hole you find yourself in.

I thought you were done with this thread?

[/ QUOTE ] Good point. For someone that doesn't care what we think, he sure is attempting to defend himself a lot. He is upset because we all see what he is.

Wait, his brother-in-law is gay?

So is his sister married to an openly gay man, or is his brother gay as well?

I seriously doubt anyone here is mad at you or "lashing out" because they "can't beat you in PvP." Or even cares.

You *represent* a group of people every single time you post. Because of that title you've got there above your avatar - every. Single. Post.

Every lie, every threat, every poorly worded excuse, every troll. You represent people who may not like you doing so. Whether you "volunteer" or not, you ARE showing them off in a bad light.

Maybe the pvpec people think you're worth giving a high-five to because of your trolling efforts on the forums.

Maybe they will exclude you from their ingame activities because of them.

Either way, YOU are putting words in THEIR mouth - by being their representitive and stating these things in such a way.

If you had another account that wasn't associated with them, why not post on it, instead, and not drag them through the mud WITH you?

People like you should be forbidden to play social games. You are not worth the electricity it's taken to read this thread. Just so you know. It's not "funny", "punk'd" is just another word for "too stupid and foolish to keep your own mouth shut".

If people did that they wouldn't know when to quote him to prevent him from going back and stealth editing his posts.

Honestly I don't think he's even intelligent enough to do that.

This applies to both “public” threads and private messages.

Flaming is defined as posts which are designed to personally berate or insult another.

Trolling is defined as deliberately posting derogatory, inflammatory comments/threads in order to bait other users into responding. Trolling or accusing someone of being a troll is also a form of trolling and is not permitted.

And I really, really have a hard time believing that the people who have the greatest problem with you in this thread are people who have lost to you in pvp and are just looking for a chance to "random[ly] lash out in other avenues."

Is that what this thread is about? He's lonely because PvP is dead in this game, and he's tired of boasting he's undefeated in empty zones?

+1 bat of smiting...

In a way, this thread fills me with hope and warm fuzzy feelings. Look at all the folks who came to defend a lifestyle not their own. I like that empathy and heart-felt regard for other people's right to pursue happiness.
