I'm confused, give up more of your privacy to FB how? I Liked the CoH FB page to get the code, as far as I can see my name doesn't appear on the CoH FB page anywhere. Doing so added CoH to my Interests list and I went into my Edit settings and deleted it.

What am I missing?

I don't know about purchasing in the shop giving the Free player Premium status and access to tells because I came back as Premium. But I do know that before subbing again I couldn't post anywhere on the forums. I tried. There was a message at the top of the forum saying that I couldn't post unless I was VIP and when I tried to post anyway I got a message that I didn't have access or something like that.

I couldn't get in-game support, tried to post in the Tech/Bug section and wasn't allowed, so I re-subbed in order to post. I was going to re-sub eventually anyway so that wasn't a big deal. If other Premium players are able to post I'd like to know why some could and some couldn't. There's a glitch somewhere.

Serious question: What makes a "full" bundle? I'm clueless.

I just checked the costume bundles, and while all of them are 400 points each, they vary in the number of pieces. 43, 36, 25, 23, 21, 20, 2 @ 18, 16, 11, 10, and a 5 piece cape bundle. The CoT set is 12 pieces. None come with auras, emotes, or powers. So why the CoT set dislike?

Agreed. They should also be able to post in the Gameplay/Technical Issues and Bugs and the Player Questions threads. They get no in game support and the Help channel is limited in scope. Many of the guide links I tried to look at gave me 404s, and one of the best things about this game was being able to get help on the forums. The severely limited ability to communicate in and out of game might turn off some players.

Yeah, I know they play for free, but that doesn't mean they won't spend money in the shop.

Well I had already taken it before War-Nugget posted that build. I liked it when I was soloing to catch up to 13. How many slots does it need if more than the first?

I don't use Mid's the way most people do, to check stats and survivability, I just use it to have a plan so that if I go to level up during Isos I can do it fast. I don't care about dying, I only care if my dying slows down the team.

Do you guys all try to get the max out of a build? If I don't do that am I going to be a liability to you guys?

Hmm. I didn't get extra unlocks though, only the ones you get as Premium based on your previous years played, etc. I haven't logged in yesterday or today, I'm going to see if anything has changed now.

Edit: Yay! Now I have 9/21 used. I don't know why it took so long to sync with the VIP status, but that wasn't there when I made my original post. I did just get an update and it verified files, maybe that fixed it. Whatever it was, I'm just glad I can use all my characters now.

But then I left CO for EQ2. Then I took a break from that and was playing Sims games. I haven't had a lot of time to devote to mmorpgs, so Isos once a week works out well for me.

I can't believe it's been 2 years since I played here. Time flies.

While I'm sure the rest of your post makes sense to you it's gibberish to me. I'm sorry that your attempts to liven up the Victory forum didn't entertain me as much as S_Hamster has. My bad.

^That. I missed a couple meetings in the earlier levels and caught up on my own. The times I did show up I wasn't late, didn't leave early, and I'm at 49.

Except, this is a game not the real world. NCSoft has to take a lot of things into consideration before they allow certain things to take place. The billboard ads were static and not something players could influence. Logos would be different, they'd be placed directly in control of players. Player behavior would be connected to them, like it or not. NCSoft could be held responsible, at least here in the sue happy US.

In my opinion it could open a can of worms for NCSoft and might not be worth the aggravation that could be a result. If that's something they want to get involved with though that's their choice. There would be legal contracts and lawyer fees to pay and they might have to pay a royalty depending on how big the brand is. This game isn't big enough for a company like Disney to want to give away it's logo to, or pay to use its logo. WoW maybe, but not CoX. The game in the OP was free to play, companies might assume that means a larger audience to influence with product placement.

I don't understand the people that want more reality in their game entertainment. Why not just play real life if that's what you want. You and your friends can hang out wearing the same Coke t-shirts. Or fill in your brand of choice instead of Coke.
